Hi.., great video.., errr, can you take pictures in situ with a proper epifluorescence microscope?.. (I'm thinking about perform experiment on a primary culture exposed to some drug .., i.e.: an organotipic brain slice exposed to EtOH). Alzo, once is reduced, can rezasurin be fixed?. Thanks again..
