    Thank you for the description. Just to be sure, for the initial seeding of the cells being tested, shouldn’t it be 90microL instead of 100microL as stated in the video?

    Hi.., great video.., errr, can you take pictures in situ with a proper epifluorescence microscope?.. (I'm thinking about perform experiment on a primary culture exposed to some drug .., i.e.: an organotipic brain slice exposed to EtOH). Alzo, once is reduced, can rezasurin be fixed?.
