Yes, that drummer was absolutely mental. He added a lot to the original, and that little solo thingy at the end was super clean!
Will Hunt is a beast on drums, he improved each and every song, old and new one since he joined in 2007, the other 2 guitarist aswell joined in the same time,, they all 3 have been the band in Evanescence adding so much more to what it was recorded in the first 2 records that were written as a duo without a proper band or official bandmates, so yeah... he has been the best drummer for Evanescence (and the whole lineup) for the past 16 years :)

Yep, she joined like 1.5 years ago, althought they have been close friends since 2007, whenever the drummer and both guitarist joined in early 2007, their first tour was with Sick Puppies for tons of shows, so they became close friends since then and througout the years Emma always came to see them live or opened for them in other shows from different tours and years... It's so good she joined bc she has improved all the backing vocals and bass in Evanescence catalogue. It was almost meant to be and now it finally is.
The whole reason he came out at the end is because she never wanted the male part in the song to begin with, their producer at the time just made them add it. This let them perform the song as intended with a surprise ending that was the version that made it famous.
But also because when they started having live male vocal guests they tried the whole song and they’d just be awkwardly on the stage for the first half doing nothing except 6 lines each chorus. Much less awkward energy having them come out for the bridge
