Today I am reviewing the Q Acoustics C300 Speakers. See why these speakers are unique and why I feel they beat my Dynaudio Special 40's in a few areas. Thanks for the great review. I saw the part about your comparison between the Special 40s and the Concept 300. If you had to make a buying decision between these two which would you finally pick?

My personal 2 cents is that it depends on your devices. Dynaudio is much harder to drive. Make sure you have a high current amp. I used
concept 300 in my reading room system as I prefer tube amp.

Did you have a chance to listen to Concept 500, because you said 300 are a little short on low end so 500 should be perfect then? What do you think how they both would much up with Luxman 590, please? Thank you for great reviews!

The 500's are really the ones to get as they go 14Hz lower, down to 41Hz and also the extra mid-bass driver opens up midrange performance even more. HiFi Choice actually rates the 500s ahead of the legendary ATC SCM 40 (!) - "Q Acoustic wins as less box colouration and deeper bass win out over detail from mid-range driver."
