Delicious! I didn’t have chips but this worked amazing as an empanada filling instead of nachos. Followed exact recipe but tossed everything in the skillet to mix and was delish in empanadas. Thanks for another great recipe
Greetings from Washington State!! Just found your videos a few days ago and have gone down the rabbit hole completely! I made your Vietnamese Chicken Salad tonight and we all loved it...even my son-in-law who like things very spicy had to blow his nose a few times. (that;s when you know the chilis were hot!) Loving this series...thanks so much. Patty
You're the best Marion!! I have rekindled my love of cooking thanks to your videos. I know I can always come to your channel for inspiration and trust that it's going to be good!! Much love from a Fijian in Canberra.

Love this make it Wednesday series. I made the baked potatoes last week it was so yum sorry didn’t take a photo but will take a photo next time. Just know the baked potatoes are making it to my regular menu.
No, Marion you are not the only one who finds recipe development and taste testing fun Lolol. It literally took me almost three hours to make a box Mac n’ cheese the other night hahaha
Big fan from Michigan state USA 🇺🇸 🙌 love your cooking and I have tried so many of your recipes that were successful so I recommended them of course to relatives and friends with sharing your videos of course !
You have to try griddled halloumi, peanut butter and chilli jam on crusty roll! Omg it’s the best combination ever. Salty, nutty, spicy sticky goodness! 🤤
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. My family and I never miss any of your videos, and we are from 3 continents: Saigon, London and Houston. ❤️💕
Hi Marion, We are loving your "make it Wednesday" cooking and have bought your recipe book. have made the Mongolian beef stir fry twice now as its so good. so.... when are you putting out a "Make it Wednesday" cook book?
Hi Marion! I made your sweet mom's Thai spring egg rolls on Sunday, with your General Tso's (spelling?) chicken. The fam loved it. Now for nachos! Thanks from Utah!
Personally I’d do all the things in the pan but the chips. Then use it as a topping / dip with fresh chips so there no soggy ones! Watching from Houston Texas
Hiya Marion. Thanks for your inspirational videos. Would be great to see a hardware review covering the knives and woks you use and recommendations. From NZ down under, new to asian cooking and having a blast experimenting with your recipes!
Hi beautiful I'm from Brownsville Texas I'm on my lunch break but I'm fasting till I go home just love your Chanel during my intermittent fasting ☺️ keep cooking 🍳
By the way - I just tried the recipe. It was great! I used leftover ginger chicken from last night. It was from another recipe you posted. Didn't need to even pluck the birdie 🐦 thank you again!
It was delicious. I found that I could have made half the peanut sauce and it would have been fine. I also added zucchini and carrot to the capsicum and onion mix and that was lovely.
Hi Marion!, My name is Lisa,I’m from Tennessee! Just wanted to let you know that I have one of your cookbooks and I Love it and I Love you too! The name of the Book is Always Delicious!💜💚💜💚
Watching you cook is such a pleasure.. In your sauce chickpea could replace the peanutbutter, if cooked and blended right? We also use corn chips too (the scoops) excellent vid 🇺🇸
Hi Marion, I'm watching from Belgium of love your yummy videos. Can't wait to try this one out 😋😋😋. I do have a non food question 😳 what fabulous lipstick are wearing?? I love that you wear a bold red lip 👄💄.
Writing from Sydney. Couple of things: Since the sauce is going to be baked, just stand the bottles & jars of sauce & peanut butter in a bowl of hot water so the contents are runny rather than half it staying stuck in the pinch bowl - microwaving peanut butter could go so wrong so fast but it might work. If this is Mexican Nachos there should be layers of chips with cheese and red salsa between the layers as well as on top. You can also add cold toppings just as you are serving like sour cream and/or guacamole. Refried beans (comes in a can) are the tradition 'brown' sauce in nachos, and would be good replacement for the peanuts if there are any doubts about allergies among the possible eaters, or just add it anyway, its nice. There are places that sell shredded BBQ chicken - a certain US warehouse brand - starts with 'C' and ends in 'o' - sells it by the kilo at all their stores, or your local BBQ place may sell it.
All the love from syria . I find a few components hard to here . But god alot of them taste so good when i do thrm like u . My friends think am a pro chef lol

What's up, Marion. 1) U.S. 2) I just finished work and am eating dinner on Tuesday night. Question: instead of crunchy peanut butter, can I use chopped peanuts with smooth peanut butter?
I'd replace the peanut butter and the full peanuts by some macadamia/cajun nuts instead...or maybe hazelnuts really don't like peanut butter 😔 I wonder what kind of vegetables I would try in this maybe some seasons themed vegetables (pumpkin nachos ? o_o)
Your recipe looks great. Of course it will be very tasty to eat. I love it .l will definitely try it.You will tell me in the comments. How do you like my recipe? Thanks.***

What's up, Marion. 1) U.S. 2) I just finished work and am eating dinner on Tuesday night. Question: instead of crunchy peanut butter, can I use chopped peanuts with smooth peanut butter?
I am having a beer! I am from Panamá 🇵🇦
Yummy!

really don't like peanut butter 😔
I wonder what kind of vegetables I would try in this
maybe some seasons themed vegetables (pumpkin nachos ? o_o)
use a lipped cookie tray (swiss role tray?) and spread the chips in a thin layer and put toppings on, so chips stay crunchy
Amazing chicken 👍

lets revisit the bahn mi!!
Would love to know what knives you use I struggle to find decent ones and mine never cut my ingredients easily especially meat
Toronto here 😊 I miss seeing Charlie and baby Henry. Can they make a cameo again one of these Wednesday’s??? Pretty please? With a 🍒 on top?
Watching from México 😜 if I can't find the dark sweet soy, can I just do reg soy and a bit of sugar?
Yes you can...that would be fine!
You can also use molasses, but a little less than you'd use the sweet soy sauce and more of the reagular soy sauce instead.
Layering is crucial, for maximum chip to topping ratios!
Great recipe, however I'd layer chips then toppings, then chips/topping etc so you get a mix of toppings throughout.
