Nah I wouldn't say it's hard to learn. You could look at older runs of the game to get an idea of the general pathing you take per level without needing to learn all the difficult stuff off the bat. Worst parts of it are just remembering where you need to go and keeping track of resource management, like health, ammo or doritos.
Weird fuckiness involving the game resetting your grounded state while airborne whenever you interact with certain kinds of geometry. Lets you chain a bunch of jumps together to skip obstacles
How do you get the Campaigner to stand still and do nothing? Is it a consequence of the glitch from dying while defeating the previous boss, or does that just make you invincible since you have negative HP?
Killing Thunder and yourself at the same time while being on 0 lives allows the game to warp you to the pre-campaigner map right before the game over screen finishes. This enables you to keep playing even with 0 hp or lower. In this state, most enemies will just stop aggroing you until you go above 0 hp again, including Campaigner. I do this so I don't have to worry about campaigner jumping around like a fuck during his fight, making it free.
@@archduke0000 If we could get access to it earlier on in the game it would be insanely useful, unfortunately at the moment there is no way to do so without using console commands
Just popping in to see how things are in Turok world, some of the new tech that was found looks horrendous, proud of you guys :)

Loved this game series as a child, well played on the record was fun to watch.
I really hope Summoning Salt is going to do a report on Turok speedrunning one day :3

This game is top 5 in Nintendo64 in my opinion
What if there's a chain jump where Campaigner is to trigger ending? Oh yeah, good job too I guess.
How did do that skip at 0:17?
