The drums from "When the Levee Breaks" on "Rhymin and Stealin." (As well as the guitar riff from Sweet Leaf by Black Sabbath.) And the guitar riff from Zeppelin's "The Ocean" on "She's Crafty." I am sure there is some Zeppelin on Paul's Boutique as well. Produced by The Dust Brothers. But I cant remember specific examples right now.
