Cody, regarding the price lock. Insurance policy usually have a repricing every 8-10 years. Isn't it risky to guarantee that there's price lock when in actuality there isn't any? I'd love to hear your view on this!

What material should I bring to an appointment?
Any materials that would help you with a quote. An application (whether that be paper or not). It really just depends on your style. I try not to take a whole lot that would overwhelm them with information because that will bring about the objection "I need to think about it."
