Hey man, I got a killer recipe you got try out. I take a couple big tablespoons of Plain Greek yogurt, 3/4 of a scoop of protein powder of choice (I love vanilla), stir together to get a paste then add a few splashs of water and keep mixing it turns out to be a paste that is a killer topping. Ive put it on my protein pancakes as well as pouring it over a bowl of fruit...soo good! favorite snack now. post workout or breakfast. try it out! hope to see you make a video with it sometime!

when you heat raw organic honey or organic olive oil you lose the beneficial properties. you may as well use regular honey. coconut oil is the healthiest for you and has the highest heat point of any other oil. great recipe, simple and well presented. Thank you

I am going make a tube of the mixture and wrap in tinfoil pop it into the fridge for an hour and cut into disks place on a tray and bake. I might even use black strap molasses instead of honey because its full of B -Vitamins and Iron and other minerals.

That's wrong. You need to consume fats! Nuts are good for this because they contain good, healthy fats. That doesn't mean you can just devour handfuls and handfuls of them, but it does mean you can enjoy them in moderation.

It helped James to overcome his bodybuilding stagnation and therefore grow chiseled lean muscle without fat fast. Perhaps it will work for you as well.

yeah it's becomes more damaging heat burns it easily-it has a low smoke point-that's why people rarely bake with honey
