This is important. Most people are going 400 miles an hour. It’s much cooler to slow down and be like a sleek panther. This creates rapport with people and makes people more likely to like you.
There’s actually scientific evidence that time is speeding up. It’s that the base resonance frequency of the planet is rising. 30 minutes used to feel like 30 minutes, now it feels more like 15.

So true it's so crazy how fast we all move. That is super interesting, I'm going to look into that more!

@@drtarasalayThe base resonance frequency rising is the same thing as the 5D new earth thing that the hippie dippies are on about.

I was doing my Bible study and looked at my phone, and saw slow living on my Google feed, clicked on it and got you...YEAH! I SOOOO needed to hear this! However, as I'm listening to you, I am rearranging my pantry 😂😂. I am retired almost 2 years and have not slowed down 😢!! I feel the need to constantly be going & doing ALL the time, and when I do sit down I feel guilty. Btw, I've been this way my entire life. How do I break the cycle? Any/all thoughts are welcome.

Thank you so much for subscribing! I'm so happy to have you here 😃The fact that you've recognized your need to slow down means that you're already on the right path!
Continue to remind yourself to be present and in the moment, even during simple tasks like rearranging the pantry 😊 Focus on the task at hand, and let yourself fully experience it without rushing.
For me, meditation is also really helpful for remembering to slow down. Usually directly after I meditate, I find that I am naturally moving at a slower, more intentional pace.
Hope this helps, sending love and blessings your way!

Much appreciation for responding, and your suggestions. I listened again, and will definitely follow your steps. In addition to meditation. Thank you. I have also added this to my daily affirmation "I am choosing where to slow down and where to let life's natural rhythm guide me"

@@jaycee6814 Of course, I'm so happy that this video resonated with you. Also, that is such a beautiful affirmation and honestly a reminder I needed for myself today, to let life's natural rhythm guide me. Thank you for sharing 😊

@@drtarasalay Tara, I watched your video on the night routine. It was pretty calming. I wonder what other ways exist for the soul apart from looking at the moon. Would you please suggest?

@@BohemianSocialist Glad you enjoyed it! You can do anything that helps you to feel connected on a soul level. One of my other favorite ways is to do a mantra practice. Meditation is also great for this!
