I'm never bored with weekly rotations, as you well know wearing scents can bring new emotions, sensations, insights it's these that us viewers connect to. So even wearing the same old scents is never boring as you describe so well how they make you feel and all without mentioning panty droppers etc.😂 Belated Birthday greetings.
I really appreciate the comment, thank you.
He’s back! Happy birthday Pep! I really love how I feel in ideal cologne in the heat. It’s uplifting. Until the next one 🍻
Thank you!
That Philtre sounds like a must-try!
Fair warning, i can see people absolutely not liking this. But, i can't see how you couldn't if you like carnation.
I hope you had a lovely birthday Pep! Next time I am in Mecca I will sample the Molecule Iris, plus after your description of Philtre ~ unhinged, no shame carnation off the grid, I need to get a sample now😅
Ah you must, Gail! Thank you x
The way you described Philtre kinda reminds me of Hiram's treatment of violet in Vivacious. I think I have some idea now.
Well, i guess it's not surprising that a perfumer uses similar sensibilities with different materials. Now i want to smell Vivacioua
@@TheScentinel it’s an interesting one. I admire its take, but I need to be in the mood to wear it.
I like the weekly rotations. It helps me discover fragrances new to me that I may want to try.
Thank you, i appreciate that🙏
Ciao, happy Easter and happy birthday Pep. Interesting as usual. Ideal Cologne is wonderful, I only have 1 50 ml bottle left. For Easter I wore Pal Zileri Sartoriale, so good, made in Venezia Italy, got a compliment from my 26 year old niece, 😊, reminds me a bit of Gucci Envy. Will be sad when it’s gone. Cheers.
Is that Pal Zileri discontinued?
Happy birthday Pep. Thanks for a great review. I'm a big carnation & clove fan.... Filtre sounds worth checking out.
Thanks, Clare. Hope you like it when you try.
Philtre! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
Can't give you any spoilers🤪
Ahhh. I thought that you were going to drop a Top 10 Video. Maybe you are changing up the content. I did want to say THANK YOU for the years of content that you have given us. I really appreciate all of your videos. Your Eau Noire video is one of the reasons I purchased my bottle a few years ago. Here's to many more. Ciao
Well, next top 10 is due in a few weeks. But i do have a most worn all-time update coming
Helmut Lang EDP and Cuiron are two of the best scents ever! Sadly, I wore through my last bottle 2 years ago. I have not smelled anything like the Helmut Lang scents. Glad to hear I am not the only lover of HL scents. Excellent rotation. Cheers 🎉🎉🎉🎉😊
It is not exactly the same, but Labdanum 18 by Maurice Roucel (same pefumer as Helmut Lang) for Le Labo, has some elements that remind me a bit of HL edp
Cuiron early 2000's was and is still one of my favourites, Tuscan leather, Bel Ami imo just don't do it as good.
many happy returns Pep.
Thank you!
always worth the wait pep !
Thank you
I have come to conclude for myself that the “value” is in the joy of the experience wearing it.
If I love wearing it, and it’s within my means to acquire it, without guilt or remorse, then it shall be mine! 😂
And indeed, why not??
Happy Birthday! 🎉
Thank you!
🔥🔥🔥🔥
The 'value' topic regarding the molecule fragrances is interesting. There is an argument that if we really knew costs you woukd be loathe to buy any bottle of designer/niche. Part of me thinks the eccentric brand could be commended for being transparent about it
I am definitely planning on exploring the topic further
Very nice Tfs
You're welcome
Can't wait to try Philtre! cannot find it yet in the USA 😢
I am sure it'll get there. Not on Luckyscent?
@@TheScentinelyeah it's there but they offer such stingy samples (not even one full ml) it's hard to get a good trial of a scent. I suppose I could just order 3 samples! My local perfume shops in San Francisco don't have this yet, either. OH and hope you had a great birthday!
@darkkstar5647 yeah ngl, Luckyscent samples are a rip off .
Thank you
I have heard from several people that the most current Fahrenheit is much closer to the original than the previous formulation.
That is very pleasing.
It really is.. I have 2000 and 2003 bottles, there is really no need to hunt for vintages.
