When I look at Steph’s career there was a lot of luck as the timing of injuries, trades, ping pong balls but in a way it’s a good thing it worked out as we can see curry’s full greatness
How were the Cavs lucky, sure draymond didn’t play in game 5 but he did play in game 6/7 and the Cavs had to go to oracle twice to beat them. I’m not saying there was no luck involved for Cleveland but the warriors have had a lot of luck themselves
@@ameyabhargava7483 every championship team has to have some “luck” if you take a look at the last 6 seasons the losing team has had at least 1 starter miss multiple games. 2020- Dragic and Bam, 2019- Klay and Kd, 2017 and 2018 the Cavs were healthy but not as good but the Spurs and Rockets had Kawhi and CP3 out, 2016- Bogut, Draymond missed games and Curry and Iguodala played through injury, 2015- Kyrie and Love. You can’t use luck and injuries as an excuse for why a team won when literally every championship team has had luck on their side.
2020-I don’t think that dragic and bam would’ve resulted in the heat winning, although the series would’ve been much more entertaining 2019- if the warriors were fully healthy they would beat Toronto for sure, I think you are talking about 2017 when you said kawhi was out. We can’t base an entire series off 3 quarters, 2016-I understand draymond and bogut’s value but a 3-1 comeback is difficult regardless of injuries, 2015 -with kyrie out as love was going to be out regardless because his shoulder literally got ripped out, the Cavs managed to go up 2-1 but reality set in, it’s still a ring but the series took longer than it should’ve have. my comment was just trying to say how everything went right for golden state as most other teams would’ve probably given up on curry, the warriors almost traded him to the bucks, the warriors were able to sign curry for cheap due to his injuries which allowed the warriors to have a ton of financial flexibility, they were able to develop Draymond as most other teams wouldn’t really able to develop curry. I just found it crazy to see everything for the warriors to go right
