This video really approved my approach since i have the same what people would call "lazy" teammate in my contemporary business class.
I have been following Radical Candor approach to improve the situation without actually knowing the term. Always gave a buffer statement to him and told him that he was a good speaker before i show him his faults.

Man it is so hard to deal with bad teammates, was playing a football match a few days ago and the amount of clear goals i could of had if this guy would just pass my god 😅,all love though it rarely happens. Great video 👍

True i play for an amateur club and I have to say annoying and hypocritical teammates can be SOOOOOOOOOOO hard to deal with... But focusing on the point on 6:49 till the end your absolutely right and I will start doing this and putting into practice. Thank you SAM!

Cold advice Sam, I’m gonna start showing care for a selfish teammate, not expecting what they do, gonna get them in all kinds of circumstances.👏🏿 Just keep my professionalism high.🥶

I was playing 6 a side today, i only played the last 5 minutes and my teammates kept saying i was bad because i made a couple of minor mistakes. That game i blocked 3 shots on goal, scored and got an assist, even with only playing for about 5 mins.

Me as a bad teammate taking the pointers from the video so that I can side step and gas light the good team mates in my team when they are trying to use things like radical candor. 😂😂😂.
Brilliant video, however, at 05:27 is where i am at. Went into running and left team sports. The emotional involvement needed is too high. Wish i had access to videos like this back then. Can learn from it and apply it to current and future scenarios. Thank you!😢

Very true on the emotional involvement. Although I miss playing football, I really don't miss bad/lazy teammates. I prefer to have my performance 100% in my own hands!

let your performances do the talking - you can't control other people's decisions but you can always control your effort

i play floorball. we have 3 lines and i play as a forward. the first line is lil bit better than me.
the second line has a very good player i play always amazing with. the thing is my coach plays me in third line which has bad players. the reason why i dont play in second line is because coaches puts his shit son over me even tho i deserve to play in his spot. im losing motivation because of this

Yeah Man whenever I rarely do my flairy tricks and also succed in doing them. My teammates are like "yeah yeah Neymar from Wish"
    Or
    Yeah it's just a fluke
And after I destroy one player they just demotivate me to stop my run 😢😢

I don't think there is any when their ego is as tall as Burj Khalifa.
They have to learn it for themselves or you can craft situations to teach them lessons. But they may also end up blaming others for it and never learn anything.
I mean I don't understand how these people are even in the workplace.
