I think any kind of vanilla syrup cannot be added on a hot liquid, otherwise the heat will kill off the vanilla flavor. So you can add vanilla syrup and milk and you can mix it around.

A latte is made with one shot or two. If you make a much bigger size then you will put more but also more milk. It's that simple

Iced cappuccinos don't technically exist. Cappuccino is typically more foam since the iced version doesn't have foam it's not actually a thing.
