It took me a long time to figure out who was the maker. Just by chance, a few weeks ago, I came across some people discussing “Monday Lunch” kites. What information I gathered there, allowed me to put different pieces together. Glad you liked it!
This is not a Rokkaku. This is a Suruga. Rokkakus are hexagonal, whereas Surugas are pentagonal. Surugas have those distinctive flanges on the bottom half.
