    Dr Park thanks for all the great tips!What would you define as healthy fats? Avocados, Salmon, Chicken, and what are your thoughts on Red meat?

    Hello Dr. Park Regarding using Hooga infrared light therapy to help treat aches and pain how many session per day is safe. Does it also help to improve sleep quality and if so should I use it at night or in the morning. You mentioned that you eat salt liberally will it cause high blood pressure though. Thanks

      This therapy is relatively safe. It's just a matter of how much time you have to use it. If you work outdoors in warm weather, you're getting hours of NIR light.

      Regarding salt, what I'm describing goes against official guidelines. I'm only going by recent large-scale respected studies that are out there on salt. Take a look at these studies:

    Hi Dr. Park how about fluoride toothpaste? Can I use baking soda instead of toothpaste. Thanks

      There are fluoride-free toothpaste options. You'll see them in most stores or online.

      ​@@doctorstevenpark I am so worried Dr. I have severe insomnia which started 3 months ago. Frequent wakeups. You mentioned fluoride and aluminium - both of these are in the dental cement to cement my crowns.
      Can I please ask why you mentioned fluoride and aluminum?
