One important critique. If you are going to review a light like this which is designed to put out the high output of lumens it has, you should be testing it in a place better suited than just your back yard so as to show the true capacity of the abilities of the light.
    Just a thought!
    Good job dude! 👍🏼

I do the test the same way every time so it's easier to compare different lights to each other with my videos.
There is a lot of ways to use these lights I feel most people will use them inside the 50' range when walking around at night or working in an area where the power has been cut.
What would you like to see more of? distance shots or a more complex environment? there is a park nearby that I might be able to utilize in the future.

Thanks for the video, just got the MH12-Pro to replace my old trusty Nitecore P12GT that was tragically lost (they never die). Helped with figuring out all the settings on this bad boy!

Mine shipped out today. Can't wait to add it to the collection. I have the mh12 se, p23i, and srt7i. P20ix will be added after the mh12 pro. I also have a javelot pro 2 from olight and it is a beast

Sweet! I think you’ll like it.
I’ve reviewed a bunch of lights but this this is next level.
These new LEDs coming out are nuts bright!

Thanks for review, mine arrived a week ago. I was disappointed in the fact it doesn't have a forward spring, to prevent battery from impacting driver. It is the next version of MH12SE that has for and aft springs.

So there's no way to disable that proximity sensor, if you want to switch off the light and NOT have the sensor come back on. Okay.... at least it can be disabled if you need the light to work outdoors during a heavy snowstorm, and not have output kick down because the sensor decides the snow is an obstacle.

Yeah the proximity sensor resets each time the light is turned off.
These high performance lights kick off a lot of heat, I actually burned a hole in one of my jackets with an older model. Might not be the worst idea

Anyone have any experience using the mh12 pro as a weapon light on an AR?

I've never used the Fenix TK20RV2. I know both brands make great lights though

Still don't see this on any US sellers sites on Ebay yet, I ordered one last month from Hong Kong but it looks like I got scammed.

I got this one direct from Nitecore as a review unit. they are currently available from Nitecore as a preorder item to start shipping this week.
normally I don't see them on ebay/ amazon until a couple weeks after they start shipping.
Sorry you got burned on the Hong Kong deal :(
