It will still work if the pet is moving. It will just be a bit more difficult to track, as the direction on the tracker will be changing as your pet moves around
I’ve been looking for a tracking device to put inside my electric bike frame in case it ever got stolen. This tracker seems perfect since there’s no monthly fees and has enough range I could drive around my town and get a signal. However, it’s currently out of stock so I’m wondering if anyone knows any other good RF trackers.
Aw man, that's too bad it's out of stock right now! Maybe they'll be back in stock soon! I haven't personally tested out any other RF trackers, but I know of one called the Girafus ProTracktor that is an RF tracker. I can't speak to how well it does or doesn't work though because I haven't tried it
Sounds perfect for me too. Not only is it fun it is necessary! My cat has been on the lamb every couple of nights for about a month now. I cannot leave him inside or my kitty would go insane, and so would we. We need this tracker. Please let me know when it is available again.
Yeah! That's why I love it so much - though expensive upfront, it ends up being the most affordable tracking option in the long run because there are no monthly fees. And it does make for a fun game!
So all these cat trackers you physically have to go and find your cat which is not a very good idea wondering around on someone else's private property if you have a cat that likes to go a fair distance. But thanks for taking the time to do a great review
@@JoshuaXiong but find a gps that actually works. Cats love to go DEEP in the brush, under basements, houses, sheds, ect. Then there's zero signal. Only chance you have is if the pet comes out and gets into gps coverage. That is asking alot. Really sucks.
It depends on where you are - like if there are lot of obstructions or not. But generally it has up to a 2 mile range. You can read all the info about it in our review write up: www.kittycatgo.com/marco-polo-pet-tracking-system
I want it but for it to only track up to 2 miles doesn’t seem far considering how far dogs/cats can roam
What about when the pet is wondering about not just in one place.

Up to 2 miles. There's a link to a full review post about it in the video description.

Yeah, a GPS location would be better so you don’t have to do those guessing of where to go.
