I find it interesting that Mephisto's pathing AI doesnt make him walk back to his original place, as to prevent cheese strategies of him getting thrown around like a ball. Nevertheless, great guide as always.

I couldn't figure out which one he would prioritize until I figured out from this video that he attacks the last unit you deployed and every 3rd attack he uses some kind of arts-infused attack so I had gravel to become the shield to avoid my tanks from being shredded.

This tutorial has helped me quintessentially in fighting those two bosses that I have long dreaded and hated, and I have cleared 5-10 albeit with a Hoshiguma support. May I ask though the reason behind your choice of putting a Cliffheart in the middle lane? Is it because of the attack range that keeps her out of the casters' line of fire?
If you're using this guide to unlock Hellagure's module, switch Cliffheart for a two-block guard (I used Kaze), bring Hellagure instead of Adnachial, and borrow a flagbearer. Put down your guard first, then your DPrinter. Remove the printer when you swap out for cuora, and put down Hellagure before cuora. He has trouble staying alive when faust targets him :(
Leaving this for the record. Will update later. Cannot replicate with Perfumer E1L40 (Replaces Hibiscus), Hibiscus E1L40 (replaces ansel) and Sussuro E1L45 (replaces Gavial), and Cuora E1L41. Cuora dies since Sussuro heals less than Gavial. Don't think you need Gavial L60, but definitively needs more levels (especially Cuora). Will update once cleared.

Cliffheart will need to be skill level 4 and E1 (for the range) to do this tactic.
still stunned or killed tho...dunno if there is a dmg check for amiya(e1 max kroos and e2 meteor for jessica spot)

Steward must be 55 lvl?

Yes, he'll attack the last unit deployed. Before he does his arts attack he will do a unique animation.
Boss can be pulled towards firing line much earlier by deploying some operator on his spot (after few attempts to pull him).
Gravel would be the best pick in that case. Provided you dont have Red.

Cliff will pull Mephisto into the firing ranges of your DPS.
Have to say. I was shocked to realise that was your plan, and also surprised that I didnt think it would fail upon seeing it
this help me alot, tho i used silverash instead of cliffheart im suprised he takes down mephisto and those big fat guys with ease
yeah used silverdaddy also but replace amiya to vigna(replace to cliff spot)
It seriously works! You could also change Quora to Hoshiguma if you do not have it

Is Rope a good alternative to Cliffheart? I have CH, but I already have Rope's skill level at 4.

Honestly, unless you are making a Bully Squad, Rope is the better investment by almost 2000 Sanity on average.
what lvl should cliffheart be ? and is skill level 4 enough? i mean what minimum lvl can she be to be used there
cliffheart with lvl skill 4 should be more than enough.
Level 4 is enough, after it, the next upgrade in force is Lvl7M3, it is way too much investment (S2 would be better)

I have seen guides with E1 levels around what you mentioned, but it requires good timing and management. Being E1 max reduces a lot of that stress.

Pulls Mephisto into DPS range sooner. Thus killing him faster rather than waiting on him to move.

You can use an other caster. Thing about Steward is that he targets the highest defense first.

Cliff will need a medic to support her before the Crusher.
What purpose does Cardigan serve?
Near the end, I dropped in Ansel to help keep my team alive and Cardigan was last deployment, simply to tank Faust's shots.

if you have midnight or silverash you definitely gonna want to replace cliffheart cuz better dps and silverass can 1 shot faust and mephisto easily
