Operator Replacement Suggestions (ORS):
Plume: Vigna.
Gummy: Nearl/Saria.
Steward: Any Caster.
Lava: Gitano/Skyfire.
Ansel/Hibiscus: Any Medic.
Midnight: Lappland/Silverash.
Vanilla: Any Vanguard (high attack).
Beagle: Any Defender (high defense).
Cuora: The level/potential/trust will depend on how much DPS you have. More DPS = less Cuora investment needed.

I'm just here,watching, amazed at the fact that you can beat this game with 3* units.
This was very useful for placement, thank you! My Cuora kept dying on me and didn't had the maths to make her E2 so I ended up using Nian.
She can tank very well and her 2nd skill is the best for the last part, just gotta time it right, had to change Lava for Amiya since the DPS was very high (was using SilverAsh and Ceobe too) but overall it worked fine, thanks again.
You will need a defender with comparable stats and damage mitigation to survive like with my Cuora. With more DPS, the Enraged are less of a problem, thus less reliance on a strong tank. Deployment order and placement is essential. You want the Throwers to focus on the Defenders.

Worked almost perfectly, thank you! Due to using higher rarity operators, my top right Medic (Silence in my case, E1 lvl 60, S1 lvl 5) died because I couldn't deploy the Defender in time to protect her, but thankfully my Defender (Hoshiguma in my case, E1 max lvl, S2 lvl 7) survived just fine without any heals, most likely thanks to her skill. Everything else went exactly according to the strategy, however.

This one... took some time! As a newer player with a mix of E1 operators it definitely felt like I needed an E2 Cuora (low trust, pot 1) + E2 Perfumer just to survive the enraged possessed. Was a grand feeling to finally push my way through this one.
This stage legit wants to make me break my goddamned phone in half.

Borrowed Hoshiguma to replace Coura(didn't build her because I have Blemi and Gordon) and boy oh boy was she so TANKYYYYYY. She was such a big help huhu.

3 stared this stage with E1 only. Had to bring 7 defenders 3 healers 1 vangard 1 guard 1 caster. Yes, borrowed a E1 Hoshiguma thorns skill. Key players: Hoshi, Amiya, Spot, Liskarm, Melantha, Coura. Other defenders are E0, L1 just to stall the enemy. You could go with 'project red', or decel-bind supporters, but I have not tested them.
(Steps with '!' is important to follow, and can be right)
(think about the board as a grid starting at 1,1 at top left corner, ending at 10, 5 at bottom right)
1!. place Hoshi at grid 3,3 enemy's center entry the moment you get 21 DP. She will survive comfortably till the first thrower bleeds out, without healing. You will leak the first minion to be killed in step 2.
2!. place a DP generating vangard at our blue exit, grid 9,4. She will kill the minion from step 1. Prop her whenever DP is ready.
3. place single target caster (Amiya) at grid 7,4, highland before our blue exit, facing left.
4. place a healer at grid 6,2, near top blue exit. facing left to heal Hoshi
5. place single target guard (Melantha) in the cage between enemy entry, grid 2,4. If the shield guy is moving toward the entry, let him move, we will have enough DP from vanguard to deploy a defender.
6. When shield guy moves into the range of Amiya, she should have enough energy to prop her. Key point here is not to let the shield guy stack. Casters tend to kill the front most enemy and when two enemy stacks in front of our defender, the caster may start to lose the initial target.
7. When the shield guy is about to move outside Amiya's attach range, you should have enough DP to deploy liskarm at grid 8,3, top right corner to Amiya.
8. Place Spot below Hoshi, at grid 3,4.
9. Place healer facing down at grid 7,2, right of the first healer. facing down, facing Amiya across the aisle.
10. Retreat vanguard.
11. Place the third healer at grid 4,2, left of the first healer. facing down.
12. Wait till the first red crazy fister shows up (wave 36/42)
13!. Prop Melantha
14!. When the first red crazy fister is about to move (when a shield guy shows up bottom lane), prop your spot, and left two healers to keep Hoshi survive this wave.
15!. When the second red crazy fister shows up, Hoshi should be able to survive only a few more seconds. Once she dies, place Coura at grid 7,4, in front of liskarm. This should charge her up.
16. Retreat Melantha and let red fister kill Spot (two hit). Retreat left healer if she is till alive.
17!. As the red fister move into the Amiya's range you should have energy to prop Amiya one last time. At this moment, one shield guy and two minion are still attacking Liskarm. Let Amiya kill them ASAP.
18!. As the red fister move to the block in front of Coura, use all you have to stall him. you should have 1 vanguard and 4 defenders (or any melee unit) ready to be deployed. When the red fister is one foot in the block, drop your unit to push him away from Coura a little. Your units will be one shot or two shot most of the time.
19!. When you are out of sacrificial units, Coura should be well charged. Activate the shield as the red fister moves close.
20. E2 L50 Coura with our healer's help and last 4-5 hits. By this time, the shield guy and minions should be gone. Amiya can land a couple of hit on the red fister.
21.Depending on RNG, the red fister may die before killing Liskarm or after.
Pretty low stress strategy giving you plenty of DP to spare at the beginning. So you can swap in your more powerful units.
I'd only suggest you:
1. Do not prop Melantha before step 13; Do not prop left two healers before step 14. You don't have to. Hoshi is going to survive just fine.
2. Prop Amiya whenever her skill is ready. Do not let shield guy stack up and she should be recharged precisely at step 17.
In a nutshell, as long as you keep Amiya propped, you can finish the first half of this stage blind folded. Step 13 is really where you want to start gaining control.
I cleared this up with Chalter replacing Lava and a hoshi support unit. I used my cuora too to stall dp because my dp's not enough to place defender + medic when the javelin thrower comes
It was tight but I brought extra defenders instead of Kroos to clear despite Cuora dying :)
Knowing that I somewhat had the right idea, makes looking up a guide slightly painful.
my Cuora's trust is too low for this stage, I only manage to 2 stars damn :(
Finally beat this! Cuora died on my at the last minute, so I threw Plume and Vanilla around Gummy before she died. Thankfully the last enemy died right after Plume. @0@
Does anyone know if i can just use spot to replace gummy? I don't have any healing defenders aside from him :(
no wonder there is a viewer spike between 6-4 and 6-5 videos, i guess a lot of players have forgotten about the deploy last rule so they can't deal with the possessed throwers coming from both sides
i didn't they are just to strong noone of my untis can survive my best tank is Cuora and she cant even with Gavials heals only 2 star for me then
I haven't forgotten, I just can't deal with them right now xD I'm new to the game and got stuck here. Dunno when i'll be able to move on, it's depressing.
spent a lot of time overthinking this, at one point i just threw in bluecat (rosmontis) instead of having arts dps and won

My lava got targeted when I deploy her and she dies. Any solutions ? Great guide btw.
Make sure you deploy a defender after Lava. Otherwise, they will focus her.
I somehow beat this using an E0 Level 55 chiave as one of my vanguards. I'm surprised it actually worked.
Greatly executed deployments! However, I don’t have Cuora, and I was wondering if I could possibly substitute her with anyone else?
Hoshi E2 if you plan on tanking them like Curora did.

In place of Curoa? Probably.
i used E2 Hoshi, the throwers do less damage to her due to her talent, and since you have her E2 you can use S3 for more dps
Oops, i had to use chalter as my AOE because I did not have enough dps. They're mostly weak to physical dmg.
BRO SAME I JUST EZ CLEARED IT UP WITH CHALTER E2. SHE'S TEARING APART THE ENRAGED LEADER SO EASILY
i'm a new player and i was struggling like hell in this map.. without cuora... until i decided to put my Carnelian, which everyone says its shit, in the place of lava, and now suddenly my ranged unit can tank more than any of my tanks.
Carnelian is a tanker type of Caster.

That Lizard Leader, is fcking Horrible rather than HATEFUL AVENGER, trust me, 2k Defense but HP can go down slowly with that attack, i try to clear CM mode and the Challenge is "all enraged posessed no more drop HP". God damn too hard for me

I love your guides but E1 Max level/Skill/Trust Cuora cannot survive this with E1 Max level/skill/trust Hibiscus. Maybe it is Gummy that is low (E1 max level/skill/51% trust)
You'll need more DPS if using E1 Cuora. It was close for mine, but if she died it wouldn't have mattered since the enemy was very low HP.
@@Eckogen I tried replacing Hibiscus with several other 4* healers (even tried Warfarin) but it didn't help me. Eventually, yes, I used SA instead of Midnight. I guess it could have worked with Lappland and/or another AoE caster instead of Lava.

It means having more overall DPS you have the less you need to rely on a heavily invested Cuora.

@@Koyumasa_Art Then you should borrow a giga Defender or DPS. It sounds like you don't have the DPS to brute force the stage.
This is impossible without quora. Looks like ill be grinding for a while
Boost overall DPS and you won't need Cuora. A high rarity sniper can carry.
@Eckogen yeah, I just used Schwarz to nuke the possessed leaders, Nearl only had to eat two hits before it was dead

I've been doing this stage for HOURSSS and kyo's strat didn't work for me cuz I have neither an aoe medic nor an arts guard. This guy's strat worked tho but I had to go through at least 50 times of the same stage to get a 3 star cuz my cuora is way underlevelled at e1 lvl 50 with 77 trust and I have to time her skill perfectly to pass. But still when the last wave came literally 3 operators (nearl, cuora and leonhardt) died on me and I was just there placing operators randomly everytime something lit up.
