    This is what separates Vlad from the other platforms and interviews. This is dope work, the intro is fire and have the sisters representing their brother very well.

    These interviews with JMB's sisters is some of Vlad's best work. JMB was an enigma to the world, but his sisters knew who he really was. I'm so happy they're sharing their memories of him with us.

    I saw a doc about him and in his dark times he gave a friend a painting and the friend said “he gave me a painting and I sold it like a weirdo. Man I regret that.” Whatever money he got then obviously skyrocketed now but the friendship was probably priceless.

      I feel that’s how it is presented. We may never know he’s passed, Andy has passed, and his immediate family doesn’t seem to know his art trajectory well or care to share if they do know. Something inspired him, I’m my opinion but we have to leave it to the imagination

    That's why I'm so happy that entire yellow cab industry in NY collapsed. As a New Yorker Pre Uber (Early 2000s) you still couldn't get a cab. Those bastards lost millions on those yellow cab licenses (medallions) when uber moved in. I think one sold for 1 million just before Uber hit. By the time Uber moved in you couldn't pay anyone to wipe their ass with those medallions. I know it was a technological revolution, but I still call it Karma.

    • @masonjones3780
      @masonjones3780 11 месяцев назад

      As much as i hate Uber and Lyft the yellow cab industry in New York was the worst. A person of color had to jump thru many hoops to catch a taxi. They’d always have the not in service light on and drive past you. Or if they did stop, they’d ask you questions from a slightly opened passenger window before they let you in. No sympathy here for yellow taxi’s
