love how almost $1000 was spent outsourcing the components of this video and the thumbnail, voiceover, images in the editing, and probably the script are still ALL AI 😭😭!!! the internet as we know it is so unbelievably cooked
I stated this video and was 99,99% sure the voice is ai and after a bit more watching I was thinking the script is probably ai, too. It's really sad how these people just took that much money to type some prompt.

I'm pretty sure Kurtis got scamed, the voice is AI generated, it is noticable every time it pronounces number of sqft
Its an AI voice, you can tell especially around the 4:00 minute mark: "this was perhap- th- ultimate fixer-upper"
