    Left rear not turning.
    I like those little machines 😊

      Me too!
      I think as others have said it must be a matter of a sprocket spinning on a shaft.

      @@WeldingandWheeling probably a sheered woodruff key. The earlier Gehl skid steers had keyed sprockets. They switched over to splined sprockets in the mid to late 70s. My old 76 Mitey-Mac AKA HMI Hydra-Mac 20c has splined hub sprockets.

    Man if that left rear tire was pulling and had some aggressive mud tires that little thing would get down…..as you said and a tooth bar for the bucket. I like my rock/landscape bucket for moving and cutting dirt more than my tooth bucket, bottom is longer and has flat teeth cut into the cutting edge with vertical metal as the bottom but when you shove it in packed dirt none falls through. This bucket is ideal for sifting through topsoil to get all the grass/rocks out of it before spreading with the standard bucket. Good luck with the little green machine

      Thanks man I agree, smooth buckets are really nice for snow and grading but overall id like to have a tooth bucket.

    I can tell you why the chain jumps the sproket. The sprokets are worn out on the side with the noise. It may cure the jumping to tighten it up if it is loose. Otherwise not.

      I tightened up the chains and the sprockets looked okay believe it or not

    I Wonder If The Left Rear Sprocket Might Be Slipping On The Shaft Causing Only The Left Front To Pull And Spin!!!
    The Right Side Seemed To Pull Even By Watching The Lettering!!!
    I Would Be Checking Out The Left Rear Sprocket And How It's Attached And If It Might Be Freewheeling!!!
    Already A Great Score And If You Can Find The Slippage Problem Then It's A Magnificent Score!!!
    Wish I Could Come Across One For 500 Bucks!!!
    Keep Rocking!!!

    Thats a nice size machine for a homeowner to use. Would be interested if i didn't live in South Carolina. I could put it to use right now.
    Cheers

    Sounds like the chain is riding up on a worn tooth. The popping noise is when the chain jumps off the worm tooth and falls down into the groove in the sprocket. (Between the teeth.)

      All the sprockets looked okay but I agree that it sounds that way

    Sounds like it runs great! I think the chain came off the left rear. You might want to look at that. It would be way easier to use if you fixed that. Can you straighten the bucket? BTW Farm and Fleet sells trailer tires on rims cheap. It looks like they would fit that tiny machine.

    • @WeldingandWheeling
      @WeldingandWheeling  2 месяца назад

      I think what was happening was the sprocket on that axle was slipping on the shaft.

    Isn't it 4 X 4? And with two different sized tires still, may still be making the chains bind...... Let's see what you find out... Too bad you're not in Florida, cause I'd like to be first in line......

    • @WeldingandWheeling
      @WeldingandWheeling  2 месяца назад +1

      It is 4x4 but when running it I feel sometimes it wasn’t full time 4x4 as it should of been.
      I’m theory with the same size tires on the sides it should be okay it just wouldn’t want to stay straight I think. But really it should have even sized tires

      If you watch the video you can see that the rear tire is not turning on one side.

    I wonder why the left back tire doesn't spin. It's not helping with the traction

    • @WeldingandWheeling
      @WeldingandWheeling  2 месяца назад +3

      I’m think now as the comments above said that the sprocket must be slipping on the shaft.
