Just cleaned my aem filter, with these newer cars now they're so sensitive to any blockage or dirt coming from the air filter that my emissions codes were going crazy, so I just knew it was because of my filter which was really dirty hadn't cleaned it in 8 months. Thx for the vid
Hey bro, nice video! I’m recharging my roush CAI right now. At the end you mentioned wanting to know what products to use to clean your engine bay.. I would recommend Brakes parts cleaner and a rag. Brake parts cleaner is alcohol based and evaporates very quickly, so will not gunk stuff up and get all greasy. Also will not damage your electrical parts. 👍🏼
TIP = Used this Citrus cleaner on my road bike and it corroded the crank set(pedals) and also some metal parts under the hood of my car. Be careful not to use on metal in car etc. Was a $3400.00 dollar Trek bike. Also ate into the rims and had to be replaced. Use on air filter is ok.
Definitely DO NOT use the Citrus cleaner in engine bay. There is a RUclips channel that tells how to clean engine bay. I use GUNK but cover different electrical parts w/ aluminum foil. Do with a COLD engine.

I have actually never heard of that being an issue on the 5.0
