And then there is Sebastian Vettel who didn’t care about social media and when he finally got on Instagram, it was to announce his retirement!
absolutely the worst rollercoaster of emotions i've gone through lmaoo i was so excited
Woooohooooo Yesssssss. Ring Ding ding ding...
I like how he's using it now to tell his life story and how he started racing
@@NishManoj i love how he tags himself in his own accounts story
@@segwhkamaza6447 big dad energy😂🙏🏾
More people know athletes and RUclipsrs than their local politicians, the people who could actually have an impact on your life
politicians offer nothing but lies at least athletes can score overhead kicks
True but if their (including mine) local polititians would perferm in an equivalent way, this would change really fast.
@@Sp33dGames politicians in boxing matches 😅
When has my local politician ever scored over 100 goals in the Champions League?
"Politicians, the people who could actually have an impact on your life"
Don't know where you're from, but in my country this is actually a joke 😂😂
A big difference is longevity. The very best athletes have a 15-20 yr career at the top. So many top influencers are lucky to get 3 yrs before they become irrelevant or people just get bored of them. (There are of course major exceptions like the Paul brothers, KSI etc)
Exactly!
Well average nba player career in the nba is actually 6 years so it’s more so the top longevity athletes like lebron and Brady with careers that long tbh
@@aci6828 for sure 👍 that's why I said the "very best" athletes. Most are lucky to get 10 years at a push
and they are still praised after retirement
american thumbnail. where is virat kohli(200 million just on instagram), messi(375 million just on instagram),neymar(170 million just on instagram). plus these player's whole life dedicated to their sport. Not a 3 year career
Skill in a sport transcends language barriers
No doubt about that! 🌎
People still watch Leo Messi and absolutely fine if the fella never speak any English, even for one sentence in any circumstances.
We all got Rick rolled at 10:22 and didn’t even notice 😂
Aye yo 😁😄
You got.
Nope because I didn't notice it and didn't click your time stamp.
OMG🤣
Notice how Red Bull is mentioned as a leading sports brand at 9:58, shows how a brand rooted entirely rooted outside of the sports world has now become a strong brand in it.
Now, about 90% of my red bull sports hype is being fueled by Athletic Interest alone. Good job guys.
Red bulls marketing started with sports though.
To compare, Formula One gets around 70 million views per race. I think people really underestimate the influence athletes like Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton have, especially in Europe.
70 million but nearly half of them watchs f1 like football wherever they go they attract new people and they will remamber the winners name my mother still remembers schumacer button and alonso she watched one race in her life and still talks about how loud car was
It si true, but their influnece is not comparable to footballers or another athletes like Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps, Roger Federer. F1 is still a niche sport.
The only one to branch out was Hamilton.
They're popular but football has the most famous human beings in the world. Cristiano ronaldo is the most famous man in the 21st century
Car branch, oil branch and back in the day tabbaco branch, anyoen loves nascar? that's how america is, WWE AND NASCAR deadbrainstories
The charity football event is something Sidemen have done for a long time not a once off
But not every week.
missing the point
@@Legend-gv2nx He says in the video that they recently tried their luck in a charity all star match. As if it was the first match they have hosted
@@d.tcomma yes but it is not something that they do every week for a year ,how many people do you think will pay every week to watch them playing football ,do you think they would be able to reach 1 million every week ? ,the reason why the charity Match is successful is because it is only done once a year .
@@omzy8700 yea but the charity match wasnt to compete with footballers and their influence over the sport, it was for charity.
great content! In my opinion, Cristiano Ronaldo, Michael Jordan and Lionel Messi are amazing influencers who have been around for decades. They were influencers before apps, before mirror selfies. I think with them we got used to the routine of the extraordinary, and we don't realize anymore that they are all the time present in the sports world.
the editing and storytelling in this video is top notch, very inspiring and happy i found this channel!
We're happy you did too! 😀
that ishowspeed goal and siuuuuu was legendary😂🤣
Oh my God, the idea of them playing a tennis match makes me die inside 😭
+ why athletes are the biggest influencers?
- because they have actual skills
this video is so professionally prepared i enjoyed every second
Love your channel guys. Sports economy is so interesting with the right channel to watch
Thanks so much! 👏
If your influence draws in millions of viewers worldwide every week, then you know you are at the top.
This was a very well produced and insightful video!
What a well produced video! ❤️
Thanks, Ayush!
Why has this channel only got 588k followers, this should be a million+ all day long.
Thank you!
Very good Video! I love your tips how athletes can start a business.
Ooo, this channel is going to blow up! What a content, premium stuff!
Wow, amazing video, it's really outstanding how an athlete can influence the audience around the world
My mind is blown, the editing, the information, the pacing, that was the easiest subscribe of my life.
Delighted to have you with us! 🙂
Thank you for the content. This is a great video, good job!
Really appreciate it! 👊😀
I can't believe this content is free. you did some crazy research. thanks for the video.
Wait... we've been giving it out for free?! 😱
(Thank you, we're very glad you enjoy it! 😄)
love ur vids keep it up
Awesome video as always mate!!
This is a exceptional video
Great analysis
Despite being a wrestling fan, it took me to watch this video to learn that Logan Paul actually did a Frog Splash onto the Announcers table lol
Now Logan Paul is going to face Roman reigns for the world title on November 5th.
@@dashtoroya2838 WTF?? WWE is a joke man
@@yugam-jain well we can expect a great match from both of them and it's clear WWE won't let Logan Paul win lol
@@dashtoroya2838 David Arquette was WCW champ in its heyday lol; can't rule it out
@@dashtoroya2838 That match one of the greatest matches in wwe.
1:15 "The more things change the more they stay the same"
Great video as always
difference between influencers and athletes is this, Influencers do it for the views, athletes do it for their country and for themselves. They train and compete even when no one is watching.
This is a great video, so much I hadn't realized!
It's a big subject! 🙂
Always brings the best content
Always deliver 📦 😉
Incredible video, amazing quality…much respect❤
D... you get an A+ from us! 😀
Using KSI and the word "Mural" in a span of few minutes was really nice
Great that you gave your own opinion on the topic, even if it receives criticism
amazing video !
He slapped Terrell for calling him by his slave name.
His name is Muhammad Ali.
still can't imagine paying for these events
They’re often the peak of physical fitness and represent the pinnacle of physical accomplishments. Moreover they’re branching out and becoming political which may make them divisive but influential
Babar Azam going to be Pakistani PM in 2042 if he wins cricket world cup final this sunday 😂
🎉🎉🎉 great Video. Great content
My man nimmt Rafa als Beispiel, du bist ne Legende und a Man of Culture, I see haha
It's pretty simple: Celeb culture isn't as big outside the States. The biggest "stars" would be those ubiquitous across borders. Nothing more universally followed as popular sports.
Wow! So entertaining video!
Editing on point and great story
The algorithm got it right this time!
Greetings from 🇧🇷
Glad you enjoyed it!
yooo new upload letss goooo
Wow, thank you for sharing this great information and knowledge, you were able to articulate it and explain it very well for us to better understand it all. i would love to take this time and openly extend an invitation to have you as a special guest and also an expert on the topic I am sure that our Podcast subscribers' followers would love it. Looking for hearing back from you,
Man your voice is amazing
7:29 they’ve done that for years not the first time a charity match was set up by them
Such a good video! Wow
amazing video
dude i may be high but the way these videos are structured is really good its like im reading a fucking academic paper on a subject
😅 We appreciate it either way!
well actually, KSI and his Sidemen boys were known for football challenges back in the day and hosted their first charity match years ago and it did pretty well tbh + TOBJZL is having the chance to play in an FA Cup match( a major league cup in england) with a low division team but refused.
Love your video.
Make video on qatar worldcup like which team is strong ,probability and tactics.
Plssssssssssssssssss
World Cup content coming soon :)
I don't relay comment on your videos, but I have to now, I completely understand what your saying
7:30 lmaoo Speed with the goal
The football Charity Match was hosted by the Sidemen, a group of youtubers and one of those being KSI!
Everybody knows sidemen
Best RUclips channel
We all can agree that half of the audience who watched Sidemen charity match came there to watch speed
I don't understand why some people still call Muhammad Ali → cassius Clay!!! he literally was screaming at journalists who called him that 😑
Amazing channel
Thank you, Nico! 😀
Athletic interest is legit!
Athletic Interest: All Hits, No Misses!
They need to try car racing from all the influence
I haven’t watched this video yet but I am part of the group that wonders why anyone even cares what these people have to say outside of sports.
your videos always makes me think🤔
That’s good! 😉
messi and ronaldo iconic picture is the greatest photo taken in history
11:25 the Sidemen vs RUclipsrs charity soccer match has 15 million views.
Unless you are Swindon Town FC where they tend to sign a famous person every few seasons 😂
Ali would be asking from heaven ' what's my name ' when he used his original name .
Now CR7 has 500m ig followers😮
Make video on why signing Cristiano will never be loss no matter what he is just incredible in bringing fan to ground
7:18 dude the sidemen charity game was going even before the whole boxing shit started XDDDD
He really tried sneaking in logan paul there as an athlete lmfao
This guy dont miss
🎯 😉
No employee is worth the kind of money they pay these people. They play with balls, drive cars fast or beat each other up for money. Who cares what they think about anything. I sure don't.
Don't look up to or use these types of people as role models. Or care what they have to say about anything. They don't live in the same reality you do. And they are not who you think they are out of the spotlight.
8:40 a mindblowing theory.
10:32 that could be a shirt
Fatneek finally got the honor of appearing at Athletic Interest.
Hi Again Athletic Interest 👋
I’m so mean I make medicine sic~Ali 😂
Great video, as always, but I think the bit about the sidemen charity match is a bit misleading. I don’t believe Logan Paul was really part of it and rather than a ‘try their luck’ thing it was an annual event
brands should sponsor those that deliver results, like competing at the Olympics or even at the national level. What sporting achievements do influencers have?
0:28 mayweather vs McGregor did 4.3m ppv buys one of the biggest ppvs of all time
I see your ad rickroll
The New Originals 🐐
0:37 lmao rip goatifi
2:28 Buddy, his real name is MUHAMMAD ALI, not an AKA, he has said it multiple times, please don't disrespect him like that.
at the time he was clay
Bro really tried to sneak Logan Paul😭😭
haha smooth segway to the sponsor!! #SmoothCriminal
King Kohli 🔥🔥
kin cr7 cristiano ronaldo siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
Athletic Interest wants to be the Nike of sports infotainment
It is Muhammad Ali, not Cassius Clay AKA Muhammad Ali.
Cassius Clay was better
Philosophers, mathematicians poets>>> gladiators
Make videos on cricket
this is pretty simple, just to give my take on the questions "why would people pay to watch 2 youtubers box", because it's not something you would expect, that's why, it's like if someone made a Trump vs Biden box, or a Ryan Reynolds vs Ryan Goslin, or a Chris Hemsworth vs Chris Evans, etc... it's something we never thought we would ever see but maybe we did wonder or talk about who would win in such a situation, so yeah pretty easy money making thing if they actually wanted or needed the money, hell imagine a Messi vs Ronaldo box match, if that doesn't hit 2 billion views i don't know what will.
Lionel* not Lainl
10:21 Is that???
Nice
