    Good review! It is a great investment. I’ve had mine for a few months. I use it almost daily from 15 mins to 60 mins. I use it to squeeze in an additional workout typically before bed.

      @mushuarts6195 Hello, have you experienced it overheating/getting hot when you do 60mins? I’ve seen several comments stating that their hydraulic pump heats up & can burn out because the instructions “supposedly” states to do 15mins & let it rest for 30 before restarting which to me sounds ridiculous. Have you had an issue?

    • @mushuarts6195
      @mushuarts6195 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@fabtasticfitnesswithnakia I haven’t had any issues. I’ve exceeded 60 minutes a few times and it worked just fine.

    Thanks for your short and helpful explanation! Just from watching you using it, I am sure this stepper is a good way of exercising. I like the size being handy and small then you can exercise anywhere you like e.g move it to your garden or in front of TV. I like to go for a walk but often the weather is either too sunny or raining or sometimes it is already quite late and might be dangerous for me to go jogging alone. Thus, having a mini stepper is very convenient. 👍I bought a different brand, when it is worn out I will buy a more expensive one.

    I guess I was hoping for more information. There are a number of models out there. Well I ordered one and I can always take it back I guess. And there are people on RUclips with routines for these machines. A person could just step up and down on a bench or something but these just seemed like they'd be more enjoyable.

    I got one, finally opened it and the pedals don't alternate. I kept thinking I was crazy. The pully looks fine and looks hooked up fine, I'm completely lost. I can lift a pedal and the other doesn't do a thing. Any advice. I have googled and can't find anything. I've played with the step adjuster as well, no change.

    • @FizznessShizzness
      @FizznessShizzness  4 месяца назад

      Hey Denise, It's been a while since I first got mine, but I seem to recall having a similar issue with mine...although I feel like once I actually got on the machine, it worked under my weight (it wouldn't with just my hands trying to move them). Probably a stupid question here, but did you try it with your weight on the machine vs just trying to move them with your hands? If so, it might need to be returned for a different unit. Again, it's been some time so I might be recallig incorrectly.

    I saw in another video reviewing this equipment that it included instructions in the manual that you can't use these for more than 15 mins as the hydraulics will get damaged. Is this the same for this brand?

    • @ellacabella1984
      @ellacabella1984 2 месяца назад +3

      Hiya,
      I saw there wasn't an answer to your question so I thought I would see if I could help.
      I don't have this brand myself but with most of these machines it is advised not to use it for more than 15 minutes at a time.
      But you could do 15 minutes and have a little break. Maybe work out your upper body and then do another 15 minutes again.
      Or you could do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening. Whenever you have the time.
      I hope this helps ☺️

    • @drunkenrage8996

      So, keep in mind I was on it at 6 foot 3, 255 lbs. The recommended weight restriction on it is 220lbs, so keep that in mind. Having said that, I have no problem using it at my height/weight. From a calorie burning perspective, it's great if you are wanting to lose weight.
