Hello my brother. Thanks for this review. I'm glad this is coming from a personal trainer. I developed runner's knee (ran on flight decks in the navy/ half-marathons), and I don't run as much as I used to. I joined a gym solely for the treadmill, but with winter around the corner, I'd rather work out at home instead of driving to the gym at 5 am. Then, I thought about getting me a treadmill to add to my weight collection at home, but treadmills are huge. Then I started seeing the mini steppers on RUclips. Hi! Thank you for this video. I just purchased one today. I was on a calorie deficit for over 6 months and went from 212lbs to 153lbs. I didn’t do any exercise that entire time so now I am hoping to incorporate it in to shape my body since I want to build my legs and slim down my stomach. I started walking 15 mins yesterday & including at home glute workouts with resistance bands and dumbbells. Realistically will this mini stepper help me build my glutes & legs and improve stamina? It’s so hard, I can only do a little right now but I know it’s from years of being sedentary. I am just unsure where to start but I am so excited!
First of let me say congratulations because you're killing it Amanda! I'm a personal trainer and I know how hard it is for most people to lose 10 pounds let alone 60! You should be very proud of that. I like where you're going with the resistance bands, squats and stair stepper. The stepper will help you tone your legs a little but no where near as much as lunges and squats so keep those front and center. You can also do some Bulgarian Split Squats which will be helpful even without dumbbells. You're truly killing it and way ahead of a of people in 6 months so be encouraged and keep up the good work!
Here's a workout video I created that may be helpful in giving you some ideas about how to burn some more calories and work some additional body parts with that stepper. The stepper is good. I bought this, did an hour everyday for 2 weeks and my foot started hurting from it. The manual says you can only use it for 15 minutes. Are you thoughts? Can it be used longer??
First congrats on losing 35 lbs! That's fantastic! Now as far as the machine goes that minute restriction comes from the company concerning the longevity of the machine. @@UsawaFitness These reviews are great though. Too bad this version has a weight limit of 220 lbs. I might try the Sunny Health & Fitness Twist Stepper Machine which has a 250 lbs limit. If I were under 220 lbs I wouldn't need the machine LOL
@@The_Conspiracy_Analyst LOL! I hear you and that's actually a really good point!!! Thanks for watching and taking a second to shoot me a message Slappy!
@@The_Conspiracy_Analyst Yea, same!🙋🏾♀️I’m going to order the twister stepper as well (when I’m able).😃 Good luck on your journey.🙌🏾
thanks for the review! Just bought this an hour ago and I feel more confident about my purchase. also do you ever get compared to Obama’s anger translator? Keegan Michael key might have to cut you a check 😂 thanks again!
🤣Ha! I forgot about what Obama translator dude but those two were funny when they used to do that! Congrats on the mini stepper. I'm slow dragging but I have a workout video coming for it soon.
@@UsawaFitness oh awesome, i'm looking forward to checking out that workout video!!!
I posted that mini step cardio workout for you all yesterday. I hope you like it.
Yea thats where he got that voice from keegan character its funny
That's just my voice man. 🤪
Good video
Thank you!
Can i use if i have arthritis in my right knee?
It's low impact but I can't really answer that question. I'd ask a doctor and see what he or she says.
Lol love the review but you remind me of the coach from keye and pele
Lol. Everybody says that. 🤣
Can i use that for than 15 minutes?
They say you can't but I have many times.
But don't forget: if you use it more then 15 minutes it will break, is in the manual instructions.
I always use it longer then 15 minutes.
Does it work to burn the belly?
@@Jannethe-zz7tm it burns calories belly fat lost will take morning more calories then you to consume everyday for awhile.
i need to find me one i'm not feelin my treadmill
I found something that I like even better. A slide board! We've been testing one out over here and it's fun!
Question, has anyone used product for over 15mins at a time? Instructions state no more than 15mins a day so cylinder don't over heat 🔥??? Just want to make sure no issues....
I never noticed that disclaimer. I never use it for less then 15 minutes. I've never had an issue.
Neither have we.
Is it true that you can only go for 15 minutes on this stepper?
It says something like that in the paperwork but I use it for an entire tv show.
Can i get 10k per day using it? Or do i need to use it only for 15 minutes?
I've never used it for more then 30 minutes so I can't honestly answer that.
Big homie was definitely an OG back in the day with that agressive tone 😂
🤣 Man I was on one that day.
Does it reduce belly fats?
No product really does that but it can assist in burning down body fat by helping you burn calories. and if you consistently burn more calories then you take in you can get that belly fat to go away .
All cardio reduces fat in general cause its calories dropped over time
I want to tighten up my glutes. Will this tighten up my glutes?
It will work them but not as much as the Squat Assist Row & Ride. That will tighten up your glutes. I did a review on it too. It's made my the same company.
🙂🙂
Does that mean you like it?
Yes ☺@@UsawaFitness
Me too! 😄
Can I buy this as a thin guy who wants to gain weight
Of course. 💪🏾
@@UsawaFitness okay thank you
@@777BTC You're welcome. It's a good cheap piece that's small and adds a way to exercise to your home. It's all about how you use it.
I can’t get it to push back up.
Do you have the cable connected underneath?
This is my favourite rap song.
🤣🤣🤣 Thank you.
@@UsawaFitness man, I wish you were my personal trainer :)
@@differenthandyman938 man I really appreciate that statement! Thank you. 🙏🏾
How long you use it a day?
I don't use it every day on average I'd say two or three times a week. I use it most when I'm not getting a lot of steps in.
SIR, YES, SIR!!! 😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 Thanks for watching.
Sold lol 😂
I'm glad you liked it Jennie! ☺️
Ollie Williams from family guy!!!
That's a new one! 🤣
Is this a Key and peele Skit? 😂😂😂
🤣 it might as well be! That's the reaction I've received from everybody. 🤦🏾🤣
Won't this thicken my ankles?
Nope! It would actually do the opposite. You're good! 👍🏾
😂
What? 😂😂😂😂😂
👀
What you looking at! 😊
Is this satire?
Nope it's real. I was trying to use a lot of energy and it came out like that but it's now my most popular video. I wish I could do all of em like that. 🤣
Do you really talk act like this ....Geez
I was trying to add some energy in that video and it just ended up sounding like that. 🤣
