There is no height setting just resistant. Also not numeric, just turn the knob

Please is the stepper supposed to be noisy when in use or a silent motion. Mine creates soo much friction sound and distracts my exercise experience. What can I do?

Hello, I noticed your enquiry today....I have been watching a few stepper vlogs and observed that users apply a little WD40 or oil to around screws and bolts to prevent noise. It seems the more you use the stepper you find this is needed. Hope helps.

It can get noisy, add oil to it.
