Wow! I've been watching a few car review videos and this is probably the most informative video so far showing/explaining all the features including safety/crashing features for family in layman terms. Your pace and presentation style is very easy to follow...not boring at all!

Honestly i think the base model Accord is dang good value for money. Has pretty much everything you will ever need. I have a sport and I'm so impressed with it.

The one thing the LX is missing is blind spot monitoring. Of all the current safety features its the most important one to me. I can keep my car in the lane, I can keep myself from rear ending a car in front of me and I rarely use cruise control, but I always have someone in my blind spot as I merge on a freeway. It should be standard on all cars. It kind of pisses me off you have to spend thousands more just to get a simple feature like that and most companies still have it in some expense option bundle or a more expensive trim... or not all all like the LX.
Blind Spot Monitoring is not available in Sport Trim too. They are only standard on EX-L, Hybrid EX upwards.
Use a convex mirror attachment, what i did on my LX. No need for blind spot monitoring.

@@JustinFullerReviews my father has been window shopping at the dealers these past weeks for cars. In the end he ended up with 2 options to choose from, the Camry or the Accord. So I ended up sharing your review to him and he made he's final decision for the Accord. He's at the Honda dealership as I'm writing this. 😄

He got out of dealer with this exact same car, 2022 Accord LX "Platinum White Pearl"
Just got a certified 2021 with 10k miles. It's a great car to drive! Comfortable, fast enough, nice-looking, and very efficient.
After doing some more reading after the purchase, the only issue that seems to be somewhat common is a leaking head gasket. Hoping that doesn't become a problem. Some commentators say that using premium fuel (somehow) helps. Any comments on this?
I have the 2000 Crv Hybird Touring. How do I change the Instrument cluster/dashboard under the steering wheel ? The display changed somehow and can not figure out how to get it back.

A base model Accord beats all the competitors base models since they have STANDARD safety features most manufacturers make you pay extra for.
I have the black one and I actually love the base model. Now quick question, is it recommended to put the lowest grade gas fuel in the tank??

I have a 2020 Sport. No, it's not worth upgrading. The only real difference I see is the rims. The Sport has the oversized rims and thin tires. You don't want the thin tires. They're more expensive and the ride's rougher.
Why does the outline of the dash flicker?

I purchased a 2020 Honda Accord in February 2020. This car is a disaster. I have spent more time at the service dealership with multiple problems with the vehicle than I have spent with all other cars in the previous 43 years of driving. Annoying rattle coming from the dash. Heated seats don't work with remote start. Passenger mirror does not return to correct position after reverse gear. Car repeatedly does not recognize connected smartphone. This is my third Accord. First two were great. 2020 Accord was a huge mistake purchase and has been a total disappointment and pain in my rear end. I meet with the dealership again on February 16 to find out if they are going to buy it back, provide me with a new Accord, or some other solution. If no solutions then the lawyers get involved. Total pain in the ass. I am planning on making another new car purchase, this time probably a Hyundai Sonata at the dealership right next door. Honda used to be Great. Most recently Honda is producing unreliable, dysfunctional vehicles which for me have been a total waste of time.

@@BIOHAZARD_V2, I don't have time to talk about the piece of junk that was in my experience the Honda 2020 Accord because I just bought a Tesla Model 3 which so far has been a good experience. I dumped Honda for Tesla which is the way of the future. I suggest other people do the same.

@@bkhavityoway23, no, that is one problem I did not have with the 2020 Accord. I finally gave up trying to fix the Honda Accord. Instead, I bought a brand new Tesla Model 3 and the M3 is unquestionably the single best car that I have ever driven. Very happy with M3. Honda is a Disaster. Tesla is Fantastic. Forget about Honda and go Tesla.
