Hi, I have surface book 1 i5 8GB/128GB, When I insert the plug into the Charging Port, the white light comes on When I press the power button, the laptop does not turn on. I can't disconnect the screen from the keyboard either. When I press the Surface's Eject Button, the light turns red. When I press the power button and hold down the volume up button, after a dozen or so seconds, the red light from the Surface tablet's disconnect button lights up once. Dear colleagues, what is the reason why I can't turn on surface book1 ?
Hey thank you very much your video was very helpful, i managed to discharge battery and now the surface Microsoft logo is no longer appearing but now when pressing power it's just black screen and if I put it on the charger it continues with the logo on and off Please help....
Same here, I put it in the freezer for 20 minutes with an almost discharged battery. It did not fix the problem. Maybe it needs to be properly disconnected or absolutely fully discharged. I will try again.
I was wondering if you have any other solution to this Pro 5 boot loop issue, I removed the screen and disconnected the battery but still having the same boot loop. Also have you had situations where disconnecting the battery did not work? how did you fix it

This might seem like a crazy question, but are you using Celsius or Fahrenheit for your temperature settings? Is it 300 degrees Celsius?

usually power removal fixes issue. but if that fails then it could be ssd or mother board

usually between 230-280 but make sure you don’t stay in one spot. I use higher temp because I’ve done so many and I have a good feel for it.
