Should put the chorizo pieces and some seasoning, onions in the sausage meat next time and mix through before rolling. Go some cheese, sundried tomatoes and chorizo in middle. Would be nice.
Flipping great effort,because it ain’t easy for best of us- a very fiddly job,per se ... looks v nice. Manchego cheese was appropriate for the Spanish dish.a very nice cheese.any spare left,a few garlic,slice potatoes,cream and manchego on top- dauphinois,baby 👌
