I'm confused too, because WoWHead said HC realms weren't going to TBC, but this video said they were. I'm assuming (and hoping!!!) they will be moving onward to tbc.
maybe they are just gonna restart them every few years since they still have fan bases. So people can re-play their most loved version. If so, id do TBC again, maybe Vanilla too.

Siren island? the undermined, Raid liberation of undermine? Goblins? That doesn't feel like the promised dark and dangerous expedition into the deeps of Azeroth that they promised. Nerub-ar Palace was well put, into that theme
@darkfyre1618 My thoughts are they are splitting the population between so many expansions. If they had the 3 classics vanilla, tbc, and LK and they focused on making the current game better that would be so much better for the game long term. If they are doing things right in the current expansion people would be making the current expansion something they could be looking back on in nastolgia.
Better revamp the old maps too! give cities to DARKSPEAR TROLLS and the gnomes their home back. Revamp all the main cities like ironforge, thunderbluff etc. Give the wildhammer GRIM BATOL back!! 🤔🙏😤
