I understand the feeling of loneliness when abroad, and then the guilty feeling for not “taking full advantage of the experience.” I lived in Rome for four months and for about a month, I wanted to stay in my room every night. Going through that and coming out on the other side is part of the experience! You’re growing, enjoy it 🙌🏻✨
If your nails are super brittle, get a vitamin panel to make sure you don't have any deficiencies (iron, etc). You may want to try boosting your fruit/vegetable/protein intake (nuts, beans, tempeh, whatever) and see if that helps as well! ❤️

suede isn’t ethical at all? It’s sad that you would buy suede just for fashion which is exactly what you’re doing and justifying it by saying they last longer than other shoes. That’s not true, I have plenty of shoes that aren’t made out of an animals skin that have lasted me years. I understand that everyone is on a different journey but I feel like your overall message is being the best u can be but then u do stuff like buy suede shoes just bc you really want them. Sometimes I don’t feel like your actions align with your message is all I’m saying. And you do a lot more than other people and do a lot of good but I still feel like u could easily give up some of the stuff that is unethical and causes unnecessary harm to animals and the planet. I just hate to see someone promote suede when their message is supposedly all about ethics and then basically promote it even more by saying suede shoes last longer.

I have admiration for you and you srength to be the real you. Fun, loving, caring, spiritual and humane. How u don't claim perfection nor judge but do the best to contribute to our planet. You are an empath, also you are going through your spiritual awakening which is very difficult. Depression, anxiety, doubt, sandness, feeling lost and with no purpose is all part of realising old resentment as well as forgiveness to others and yourself. Once you accept those feelings, and accept it's time to let go of a that has no purpose in your life then that when your true purpose will start. Do research and u will find things that speak to you, spend time barefoot in nature. Watch carefully the energy of trees, flowers, water, animals and you will see how we are all connected. Listen to subliminal messages, exercise, be great full for what u have but then speak favour into your life and feel it as it has happened and watch the transformation. God speaks by energy not words so when you speak to him thank him for his favor in your life and think as it's happened. That energy is the energy he understands and goes to work to provide what he has promised as our birth rights. Also look into crystals, they heal and they manifest what you tell them to do . Remember all that God has created comes from the earth wich means they feel and understand. We are all made and connected by energy. I love crystal I'm obsessed and even my drinking water bottle is a crystal bottle with my favorite Crystals in them. Talk to you water before drinking it. Give it gratitude for keeping every living thing in our planet including us alive. Thank God for creating it. Water listens it's alive. Give gratitude for everything and focus on seeing good in everything and everyone but keeping healthy boundaries. When you are confused or stress or feel empty. Take a yoga class or meditation class and u will see a difference. Find a yogi master to truly guide you to your lives purpose. Ask God to use you as his vessel to at least do his work through you and that love, unselfishness will open your eyes to the truth of our God given birth right to us and u will start becoming clear of the matrix life we have been since birth train to live like puppets here f THEIR PURPOSE. READ AND EDUCATE YOURSELF BUT FOLLOW YOUR HEART TO WHAT is your truth. You have such potential because of who you turning into but find your truth.

I’m looking forward to your video on leather shoes etc. I’ve been vegan a long time and before that was vegetarian for over 20 years. I really do not want to wear leather but part of my vegan lifestyle is for the environment as well as the animals and, like you, I go through synthetic shoes and boots SO fast. It’s ridiculous. So I’m completely torn between continuing to buy cruelty free synthetic and ending up dumping masses of shoes into landfill over my lifetime, or buying leather shoes/boots which could last for many years, potentially decades but knowing an animal suffered for them. Argh, I’ve been really struggling with this for a long time now :(

I wanted to comment on your last video but I was a bit stuck myself that day, your video fit my situation in that something, an adventure i.e. my doing a master's past time turning out to be different than you expected, I hoped this master's would boost my confidence etc but I'm not an academic I did my BA in art the MA is academic and I'm struggling with the writing style, plus I'm dyslexic and have adhd. I put a ton of pressure on myself for perfection as I came to of my class in my degree. So I'm having to re-evaluate and just get through this and get the master's. I think sometimes you have to scrap the expectations you had go with the flow and take it as it comes, you are still getting valuable experiences, learning and taking the pressure of can free you up and give you some space to enjoy the doing. I'm hoping this is what will happen with my MA, if I'd never stayed it is always have wondered what if.
I don't know how long you'll be staying in Europe, but you should definitely visit Berlin, Prague and Amsterdam! And for ultimate relaxation go to a couple of Greek islands!

Julia, when you get back home, you might want to look into working with a Naturopathic ND. It's possible that you have a Neurotransmitter issue (not uncommon) or are in need of some type of nutrient/vitamin that your body is not getting enough of despite the good care that you take of yourself. The depression that you suffer through does not have to be the rest of your life. Too disabling, too limiting. Not fun.

I have admiration for you and you srength to be the real you. Fun, loving, caring, spiritual and humane. How u don't claim perfection nor judge but do the best to contribute to our planet. You are an empath, also you are going through your spiritual awakening which is very difficult. Depression, anxiety, doubt, sandness, feeling lost and with no purpose is all part of realising old resentment as well as forgiveness to others and yourself. Once you accept those feelings, and accept it's time to let go of a that has no purpose in your life then that when your true purpose will start. Do research and u will find things that speak to you, spend time barefoot in nature. Watch carefully the energy of trees, flowers, water, animals and you will see how we are all connected. Listen to subliminal messages, exercise, be great full for what u have but then speak favour into your life and feel it as it has happened and watch the transformation. God speaks by energy not words so when you speak to him thank him for his favor in your life and think as it's happened. That energy is the energy he understands and goes to work to provide what he has promised as our birth rights. Also look into crystals, they heal and they manifest what you tell them to do . Remember all that God has created comes from the earth wich means they feel and understand. We are all made and connected by energy. I love crystal I'm obsessed and even my drinking water bottle is a crystal bottle with my favorite Crystals in them. Talk to you water before drinking it. Give it gratitude for keeping every living thing in our planet including us alive. Thank God for creating it. Water listens it's alive. Give gratitude for everything and focus on seeing good in everything and everyone but keeping healthy boundaries. When you are confused or stress or feel empty. Take a yoga class or meditation class and u will see a difference. Find a yogi master to truly guide you to your lives purpose. Ask God to use you as his vessel to at least do his work through you and that love, unselfishness will open your eyes to the truth of our God given birth right to us and u will start becoming clear of the matrix life we have been since birth train to live like puppets here f THEIR PURPOSE. READ AND EDUCATE YOURSELF BUT FOLLOW YOUR HEART TO WHAT is your truth. You have such potential because of who you turning into but find your truth.

Every city I've been too it's been so helpful with public transport and getting about and even telling you when to get off at which stop etc. Not spon, I just love it haha. I’m looking forward to your video on leather shoes etc. I’ve been vegan a long time and before that was vegetarian for over 20 years. I really do not want to wear leather but part of my vegan lifestyle is for the environment as well as the animals and, like you, I go through synthetic shoes and boots SO fast. It’s ridiculous. So I’m completely torn between continuing to buy cruelty free synthetic and ending up dumping masses of shoes into landfill over my lifetime, or buying leather shoes/boots which could last for many years, potentially decades but knowing an animal suffered for them. Argh, I’ve been really struggling with this for a long time now :(

I wanted to comment on your last video but I was a bit stuck myself that day, your video fit my situation in that something, an adventure i.e. my doing a master's past time turning out to be different than you expected, I hoped this master's would boost my confidence etc but I'm not an academic I did my BA in art the MA is academic and I'm struggling with the writing style, plus I'm dyslexic and have adhd. I put a ton of pressure on myself for perfection as I came to of my class in my degree. So I'm having to re-evaluate and just get through this and get the master's. I think sometimes you have to scrap the expectations you had go with the flow and take it as it comes, you are still getting valuable experiences, learning and taking the pressure of can free you up and give you some space to enjoy the doing. I'm hoping this is what will happen with my MA, if I'd never stayed it is always have wondered what if.
I don't know how long you'll be staying in Europe, but you should definitely visit Berlin, Prague and Amsterdam! And for ultimate relaxation go to a couple of Greek islands!

I used to hang up with girls who could spend hours of just putting makeup on. They taught me how to do it. It was a fun time but I wasn’t really myself. I'm going to Paris at the end of April only for a few days. Taking a quick detour via the chunnel from London. I wonder what Arr you recommend staying in? I'm taking a single carry-on for my whole time in Europe. For some reason I have insane anxiety about carrying it on the metro as in going from Gare du Nord to wherever our hotel is.
Julia, when you get back home, you might want to look into working with a Naturopathic ND. It's possible that you have a Neurotransmitter issue (not uncommon) or are in need of some type of nutrient/vitamin that your body is not getting enough of despite the good care that you take of yourself. The depression that you suffer through does not have to be the rest of your life. Too disabling, too limiting. Not fun.
