I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this BTK killer guy sounds like a real jerk.
No shit 😂
Bold stance.
You standing on business with this comment
Hes quite the mischief maker!
If Norm MacDonald were still alive, he would concur.
Yo, he looks wild af. His daughter wasn't joking. He's rotting in there.
Yeah I heard her say that too. And I figured he would be, but damn when I saw his new picture it took me a good 5 seconds to figure out that was actually him.
Honestly, you dont look much better, Queen XD
He does not look like a demented serial killer? He was probably a really nice guy; reached a fork in the road, and merely took a wrong turn...happens to the best of us...
@@z-z-z-z Yeah, happens all the time!
@@z-z-z-z 🤣🤣🤣 you are demented
Should have included a jump scare warning. He looks like the crypt keeper.
Have you watched old videos of the crypt keeper recently? RUclips has a bunch it’s pretty fun
Hahahaha.
He kinda is 🤷🏼♀
🤣
He looks like George Costanza on a bad day dude
How do you not already get the death penalty for 9 murders?
They probably offered him life to admit to murders so they could find the bodies.
Kansas didn't have the death penalty in 2005 when he confessed to the murders.
Research.
It's inhumane.
@@LARULES100 He’s admitted to 46 murders, he’s a waste of taxpayers money.
Its scary to think how many old men walking around are monsters and nobody knows yet.
Same thing can be said about younger people. Some people mask their insanity better than others, but it’s the same flame that keeps all these creeps going
Not just men, women too. Look up the documentry "goodnight sugar baby" the grandma was as evil as they come.
And don’t forget the old women
You'll be an old man someday as well. Maybe we should add you to a watch list 😂
I blend in pretty well
Dennis has always been about theatrics, a dramatic delivery. He believes he's some kind of genius and likes to test others. He sees himself as a mysterious poet type. But he's still just a dramatic nerd after all this time.
Wow in that later photo he looks like he's aged 50 years in the time he's been in jail.
His daughter says he's shrunk down to like 5'2".
@@AprilTheRockStar Good. I hope she never visits him though.
Well he's 80 years old now so don't know what yall expecting hi to be a model at 80?
@@Liz-wz8dh she was assisting law enforcement with cases he could've been involved in, so she went with them fairly recently to speak to him. It must be such a difficult thing to live with, loving the father who raised you and knowing he's done such terrible things. I feel for their entire family. I'm sure they miss the version of him they knew.
jail is rough...
You wouldn't think it was him in the last picture until someone points it out.
The likelihood of that being a coincidence is slim to none. The investigation into Dennis Rader’s potential crimes needs to continue.
How? It just looks like they matched up names using random letters on the page.
@@GekkoGear - The document is established to be Rader’s and given what has been initially found, it would be foolish not to continue to investigate the document. The sheriff pointed out that an initial pattern may have already been established, using a computer program. Why not scrutinize the document with more technical analysis?
The first crime of BTK (that he confessed to) was the murder of FOUR people, the Otero family. Was this REALLY his first kill though? Seems unlikely to me. Although Cindy Kinney's disappearnce was after the murder of the Otero family. It's worth noting that the Otero family were killed in January of 1974. His next victim was in April of 74. Cindy disappeared in 1976. BTK's next killing wasn't until March of 77. So this fits! It also looks like he may have been in Oklahoma at the time, either with the Boy Scouts, or working on installing security systems at a new bank when he worked for ADT. The bank was directly across the street from the laundromat where Cindy disappeared from.
Ashleigh Banfield I don't know if this will help, but I thought this was interesting. I also found these words.
1st row after the word FANTASIES in the 4th column is the word FOLLOW. In the 5th column before the word VICTIM is SPOT. In the 8th column is the word BUILD or BUILDS.
2nd row after the word TELEPHONE in the 4th column is the word ANDERSON. In the 8th column is the word OFFICE or OFFICER.
3rd row after the word SERVICE in the 4th column is the word ADDRESS. After the word FORSALE in the 8th column is the word HELP. In the 9th column is the word SOLD and the word PET is in it as well.
Call the detective they might appreciate that information!
There are a number of words/names horizontally as well.
On first sight not very convincing as few of them are in adjacent text form. If you got for example several columns of alphabets in a row you could write anything.
I would look for some kind of organising structure or principle first . Assuming this is the initial format of the puzzle.
It may be more a substitition cipher than a geometric transposition or steg array also.
If the 'puzzle' as BTK sent it was published minus annotation (or rearrangement?) the solving may or may not take another form and be conclusive.
Geometric figures or Runes for example may be letter pointers, or an underlying astronomical constellation which might be behind the rationale such esoteric deviant criminals who may believe in rituals & black or other 'magick'- or simply want to bamboozle with their self perceived cleverness.
I think that the more obvious they are, the less they mean. Things like REALTOR, INSURANCE, TELEPHONE CO are mostly distractions, false leads. For instance, look near the center, near the numbers 2, 0, 3. Next to the zero is a fairly obvious PRAYER. But if you start at the D next to the 3, and go through prayer, you find his name D RADER. The real clue is hidden by a more obvious one.
I noticed these too! 💫
There's only 26 letters..... you don't solve word puzzles by randomly connecting letters.. you could find almost any word that way. So dumb.
Yeah they zig zagged around the page. Every word in the dictionary could be “found” using that method…..weird
I agree. There’s no pattern.
The fact that we have executed people for way less and people like this, just get life in prison is what is wrong with the justice system
Blame that the state for not having the death penalty
Maybe they want to try and help find other victims family’s first
The US prison industry is a MESS for sure. The problem with execution specifically is that you'll never have anyone view it the same way morally, and you also have too many cases of throwing the wrong guy in jail, even today with better tech.
There are definitely some slam-dunk type cases but there are also a lot of fk-ups too. I've seen different numbers stating anywhere up to 6% or more of people convicted are likely actually innocent. That's too high a % of wrongfully convicted to just be executing people left and right. That's just 1 of the many issues with the US prison system though, it's extensive.
That no coincidence in my opinion
I don't see how it could be. That's not a common name.
Good to see the time looks like it has been hard on him…..
looks like non stop meth smoking and hard drugs to me
Wow, that newer pic of Rader is shocking.
You compare almost anybodys picture in their 50s to a picture of them at 80 it will be shocking
He will have many more victims that’s never been found or even thought of.
He needs to include Hell ,Satan, eternity in Hell ,

@@juancarloslbuisman you act like one, you don't need to announce it
Didn't he admit that he'd wanted to abduct a woman from a laundromat in one/some of his police interviews?
I remember reading about that or where he was planning it, he called it "bad laundry day".
They're finding more evidence as technology keeps on keeping on improving.
yay and Yes!🙌
I found the words "banfield" and "newsnation" too. Weird.
Yep, I can make any word with all those letters.
Are they really surprised that there are programs to make word puzzles like this? They act like it's some complicated futuristic technology.
There's literally hundreds of puzzle generators online and have been for decades.
This is boomer tv news man, they really are like this.
He mailed this out in 2004, genius🙄 Back in the day when we used hard drives, dial-up, and "online" was just part of a brand name, not a verb. He probably had to order that program special from somewhere and download it over a couple of DAYS.
What about Cheryl Kenney from Nevada, MO in Feb 27 1991. Only 150 miles from Topeka....?
Looks like a different spelling. They said the girl went missing from an OK laundromat. As a lifelong Kansan, the state is divided horizontally by area code. Ppl are either northerners or southerners. It makes more sense that a Wichitan like Rader took a 3 hour road trip to OK than an 8 hour day trip to Missouri. It's just how Kansans do things, esp. in '76 when cars weren't as reliable as they are now.🤷♀️
Can't believe noboy's taken care of this coward, nor the other dog- Ridgeway.
they have every number & every letter in the alpabet there. If ur gonna match em all criss crossed like that, you'll find every person in the world in that puzzle.
I don’t think it could be that much of a coincidence!

I lived in an apartment RIGHT NEXT to that laundromat!!! In the late 90s. This is wild!
Well, there is more as I found FIVE more words immediately that popped out at me in just a minute or two!! And I see more now. WTF.
...and found another FOUR MORE in the past 5 minutes.
Oh no... no another life sentence...
Didn’t he used to tie himself up in knots and hang out in the woods ?
Yes...bondage photos all the time

BTK isn’t looking too healthy
Not many people at 80s years old are looking like Brad Pitt
Yikes!! He looks 100 years old!
Hes 80 years old now
Problem is this is hearsay. You've got someone claiming this was his but you have no way of knowing if the person just fabricated it.
Oh, please.. Did you listen to what they found?
@citylights8678I mean, he did make his own name. 😂 I think you’re right.
That is a stretch, connecting the letters the way they did.
You could recreate any word using this method.
He should've called Jerry and Kramer to help him.
What an absolute creep
Thankyou News Nation!!!
0:20 😱Wow, is that really him? Jail has really done a number on him!
He did it to himself through his horrific actions.. RIP to all his poor victims...❤️
No it's not jail it's called father time. Everyone is used to seeing his pictures when he was in his 50s now all of a sudden you see him at 80 years old of course he's gonna look rough. @@misguidedangel6550 😂 You're right but he looks worse than a regular 80 y/o, he looks a bit wild.
@@jillbecker8651 Yes, the way he targeted, stalked and murdered his victims is terrifying.
Don’t give him the satisfaction of the attention he’d gain from this being spread all over the media. He’s behind bars for life… so no need to acknowledge his existence like a real human being.
I keep seeing even more random words like "Anderson, offfice, school, follow, lost" maybe there's more to it.
So we're not cross out "lost" at the bottom righthand column? We just gon act like that ain't there lol?
Sounds like a waste of taxpayer money. He has already been sentenced and will never get out. Add the name to the list of victims.
he's 79, they'll probably give him a compassionate release in the next couple years
Bro went full Freak A Leek, serial killer version💀
Wowwww that’s crazy
He could have just went over a missing persons report and made a crossword doesn't prove he killed or did anything to her
At this point there is no way to punish him. He’s already in jail, already has multiple life sentences…he would find a death penalty a blessing
That lady has no idea how a wordsearch works
I couldn't figure out who that old man was in the picture and suddenly realized it is Dennis Rader.
That's not just a coincidence. No such thing as coincidence when it comes to serial killer cases in my opinion.
Can’t he just go away already.
How did he not get the death penalty for what he did to multiple victims 🤦🤦🤦🤦 and people have gotten the death penalty for much LESS🤷🤷🤷🤷
LMAO! The death penalty? He ain't gonna live through another trial. He doesn't even know who he is or where he's at.
Creepy
2004 he’s evil
Did he have close ties up there to even worse that might have had similar links or more missing girls along about the same time in Oklahoma
KSN, Wichita, has a web page on this story, with versions of the puzzle. They also have a list of states he's been in. It is hand written and hard to read. There is a column heading, and an X next to every state where that applies. First column is "Vacation trips through," for example. The states with the most X's are KS, OK, TX, and MO.
So 11 is the line to get the death penalty?
He was willing to talk about all of his killings at trial. Why would'nt he tell authorities about this killing if he did in fact kill this girl?
Oklahoma has the death penalty vs Kansas
I used to compose crosswords and wordfinds. It's not as easy as you'd think, there is no way those names and words are in there accidentally. Using software to scramble the words is cruelly evil.
He may be given the death penalty if it is his 11th??!! He should’ve been given the death penalty after 1
Yeah, because he wants recognition and to be talked about long after hes gone, pretty cool you found this and announced it on tv and then uploaded it to the internet for millions to see, well done.
His daughter looks just like him & loves attention like him.
May face the death penalty?? Why is he still alive in the first place? Are his victims still alive enjoying each day as he is? I don't think so. 🤦🏼♂️
The Almighty Lord God Jesus Christ has a court date already set for him and his victims will be there to testify against his soul
🤣
AMEN. We ALL will stand before God one day. I'm ready. Born again since April 25, 2004. Best day of my life 🙏

What's the point in sentencing you to multiple life sentences? Makes no sense! You only get one life

I thought the women who gave the puzzle to the sheriff found the items in the puzzle. We don’t even here her name in this story,
He may not want to admit to her disappearance because she was a child
He admitted to killing two children and one he hung in the basement for her brother to see when he came home from school. So no he is not that concerned about being associated with being a child killer.
@@rlizabethcastillo5541 I remember now
He's probably kept quiet on the ones from states where there is a death penalty.😉
When Dennis committed the murders it was before Kansas had the death penalty that’s why he hasn’t been put to death
They might be able to find the exact program and the person who wrote it. If program logic was used and the source is still available, you could demonstrate how the puzzle was created.
So NOW they're considering tje death penalty. Well, what's the hurry? Ffs.
You'd think if you're gonna make word puzzles and shit, you'd look up how to spell laundromat.

Maybe he’s trying to avoid death penalty by hiding his interstate crimes. But looking at the puzzle it seems a bit far fetched at the first glance.
Stop giving attention to this guy. You're doing exactly what he wants.
Hate to see this guy pop back into the news. I wished I'd never read about his crimes back when this first came out. The ones where he killed or terrorized children especially sicken me.
The movie The Clovehitch Killer is loosely based on this guy..
I don’t buy that these words were purposeful. Look at how they found them. There is no structure. Just randomly strung together
Not surprised
you can see he lives in fear in there ....its aging him....knowing that any day could be last having to watch his back from other inmates. other REAL predators. he is a wannabe.

Honestly, it seems like not very convincing evidence...if you're just connecting letters randomly you can spell anything. Hard to imagine that would lead to a conviction, let alone the death penalty.
Just go ask him lol he's not exactly hiding, he gives interviews all the time to those stupid "get inside the killer's mind" shows.
