I can't explain why, but this song makes me feel good and I would like to drive an american muscle car on a endless road, listening to this, and forget all the shit in my head.
Awesome!! I saw Unsane 3 times live. So fucking great! First time in 1996, when they played with Neurosis. One of the best and heaviest evening of my life.
Thank you man. Considering that English is not my native language I find very hard to understand Chris, so thanks again. I know Mouth of the Architect too, I've got their 2006 album. Nice band.
Not so much with other songs, but this song really reminds me of old school Soundgarden. Especially the early guitar lead over the sludgy bass driven opening riff. The production reminds me of it too. Vocals definitely don't. But the music does.
I saw things that could be / and now they're come to stay / You know that I can't take this / I can't watch this thrown away / It's like those things you told me / it's like times we stayed / I know I fucked up / I can't make this go away / She kneels to pray / Things gone astray / Against the grain / It wasn't what it should be / It wasn't all the ways / I would not watch what's coming / now I know it comes my way... ;)
I am a Cajun from Louisiana state and this is the best music to listen to. Really brings out the dark, gloomy, deadly ("worried about getting murdered/everyday feels like death") Louisiana atmosphere. Also can't go wrong with that bluesy Telecaster.
UNSANE is the best, they do not need crazy solos and fast beats on drums, they just play with anger. Hope to see them in a show but I guess they will never come to Mexico. Anyway I love them.
@MrSupercruel i 100% agree and i do love slayer they have changed there sound a few times show no mercy sounds nothing like south of heaven and they also did 2 nu metal albums
I'm brainstorming trying to think of something that rocks harder than this. Ya know, even though the melvins were more innovative and influential, I'd say this band just might emulate them in how hard they rock.
senator lloyd Saw Melvins / Unsane in upstate IL a few years ago. Ever since I bought my first Kozik poster of that lineup I'd dreamt of seeing it. It was a dream come true. Two of my all time favorite bands in the same bar on the same night, so very good.
chris is my guitar hero. not a sherdder but he has the sickest tone i like guys that make ugly noise on the guitar. though i do like george lynch and alex scholnick. chris is my influence
Am I the only who thinks that the intro sounds a bit like "This Love" by Pantera? I mean, otherwise those two don't sound anything like each other, but still...
Yeah, I guess Soundgarden is a curse word here. Even though they helped expose the existence of independent music by being one of the most successful independent bands before signing to a major.
UNSANE has 2 much balls for your average "music" fan its a shame they don't get the credit they deserve.
I can't explain why, but this song makes me feel good and I would like to drive an american muscle car on a endless road, listening to this, and forget all the shit in my head.
❤️
Unsane helped shape the way I listen to music.
This is what I call HEAVY!
Sandro Brincher But heavy noise
hustache yannick i.e., the best kind of heavy. ;-)
True that. You don't need go million beats per minute to be heavy af
Try this one, the most heavy I found... ruclips.net/video/mx3GVMglrfw/видео.html&ab_channel=RedSkull

Its like a low budget underground horror film. The kind that makes you feel uneasy and sick but at the same time you want more and more.
Fits the tone of True Detective Season 1. I'm glad they got Melvins' music on that show, but this Unsane track? **chef's kiss**
Journalist : " whats your biggest influence?”
Spencer: "Jagermaister and biznatchs”
This is their BEST song!!! Loved them since 95'!!
Remember Scrape?? 😝😝
Idk windshield is a banger
@@nonplusultra9204 . Sure do. First song that made me like UNSANE.
Unsane, Oxbow and Today is the Day. The only three bands that I know of who still own after all these years.
Unsane/Godflesh...life is GOOD.
I instantly thought of Godflesh the first time I heard Unsane.
I saw these guys in abandoned buildings in the Eighties.
Lucky bastard!!
sure you did...
@@petesmith9475 Jealous much?

God this is the best song I've ever heard

Unsane is unsanely awesome!!!
This is the scariest country & western I err' did hear.
Hell yeah! Visqueen is SLAMMING...
Hells yeah Neurosis! I should have mentioned them in my original post as well. Through Silver In Blood.....still sends shivers down my spine.

Country music meets The Melvins while nodding at Henry Rollins?
sounds like something ed gein would
listen to when he plays golf ;-)

It takes you somewhere .....insane.
Visqueen was an amazing album, my favourite track is Shooting Clay :D
soo good my fkin god
i LOVE this band! \m/ \m/
What a riff
This goes well with the Manhunt series
Music reminds me of Soundgarden. Vocals don't obviously, but it's cool to hear this kind of music.
Vinnie's worked in various incarnations of Foetus off and on for years now.
so fucking good !!!
Arm chopping from Dario Argento's Tenebre (aka Unsane).
Saw them in Courtrai this year. OUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Fucking good
Grunge ain't dead.
SO AWESOME
@breatherslayer Got a new album this year I think.

It sounds so yummy i like it 🧟♀️
Noise gods

these guys destroyed me at the Royal Albert Arms
Love 'em, but does someone know the lyrics for this song? Can't really understand Chris singing.
Man!!! Unsane is the shit!!!!
are you saying they sound similar? I love both soundgarden and unsane. but I can't say i hear much in common.
Nnnn so good
Like a freight train slamming you right in the face.. Love it!! But Occupational Hazard is still their best stuff imo..
Damn straight you like Alex Skolnick.
Earviolence.
my brain hurts
Go check Kurt Ballou form Converge, this dude is impressive
chris is my guitar hero. not a sherdder but he has the sickest tone i like guys that make ugly noise on the guitar. though i do like george lynch and alex scholnick. chris is my influence
Fair enough. I imagine the vocals were the only thing that prevented it from being labeled grunge by the press back in the early 90s.
2:15 girl , who is she?
who made this video???
Not sure why you've got 3 thumbs down for this comment. There's defo a little there. That's not putting Unsane down, fanboys.
fuck yeah!
Isn't the drummer now drumming for Foetus?
is Chris Spencer a fan of Mike Patton?
Probably the other way around as well
help me.unsane.
@civilright Fuck YES
This is so fucking bad ass! Not a fan of all the chicks being murdered on the artwork but I fucking love the music
Sprout was here
@TheAntiPop777
:-)
Good call, but...Neurosis??
Am I the only who thinks that the intro sounds a bit like "This Love" by Pantera? I mean, otherwise those two don't sound anything like each other, but still...
not really. he's playing a Telecaster, which is usually a country music guitar.
Better than most Henry Rollins band stuff! Hahaha!
Ben Abraham I like both so hahaha!
eszméletlen.....
Yeah, I guess Soundgarden is a curse word here. Even though they helped expose the existence of independent music by being one of the most successful independent bands before signing to a major.
unsane was fucking badass seeing them open up for the melvins
So fucking good!
