This workout is super effective I swear I stopped doing this workout a year ago but my butt is still in shape bec I worked out for a month before I stopped, when I first started working out I had no butt but only for less than a month my hips were so in shape
Remember you won't see results immediately. People often overestimate what they can do in a day but underestimate what they can do in weeks or months. Be persistent and hang in there and soon I guarantee you will see results. And that goes for anything and everything
okay sooo .. this workout is actually really good , I’ve been doing is for about 2 weeks and have seen a little bit of growth , my friends tell me it looks super plumped more than like it used to be , my butt was big , the thing is ,I wanted to tone it down and gain more muscle , and it’s been working 😼 , so if you don’t see results it’s okay , they don’t come as quick , it just takes time , mwah I love you beautifuls 💕
!!Doing this for 30 days with Keech waist cinching workout!! ✅ COMPLETED ✅ ------------------ *Starting Waist: 24 inches* *Starting Butt: 86.5 cm (34 inch)* *Ending Waist: 23 inches* *Ending Butt: 88 cm (34.65 inch)* ------------------ Day 1: Not too bad but I could feel the burn. Super excited to start doing this!! Day 5: Still pretty hard for me, stomach is getting flatter Day 10: Way easier now! Seeing a small bit of progress. I also recommend doing these in front of a mirror to check your form! Day 15: Lot a bit of motivation and ALMOST skipped, but I sucked it up and did them today💪! I’ve also added a few different workouts to help my end goal such as heel touches, stomach vacuums, and a bit of weight training. Day 20: Results are showing like crazy! I’ve also been eating a bit healthier (or trying to hehe). Super motivated again 👍 Day 25: Only 5 more days! Might wait a week to let booty grow before doing final comparisons Day 30: Ayyyy last day! I’m gonna wait 5 days till I do comparisons to let my body rest a bit, then i’m gonna start a new workout routine. My butt feels much harder, and I think I gained some muscle weight! Overall very happy with this workout and would recommend it with a bit of weight training to help build muscle! Final Update: Overall super happy! I suggest you to skip a day and do it the next day cause it will be easier for you to do & while if you wanna focus on another part of your body like your stomach or your waist do a workout that helps with that 👍🏽
I've been doing this for 14 days and I have seen a change also you start to see changes in day 5 or 6 Update: My butt has grown so much so I really recommend doing it

I have been doing this as the actual workout and i can highly recommend it. I've got a bigger,stronger and rounder booty. I do it 3 times a week and i just add 50 secs sumo squat pulses and knee squats instead of frog kicks and starfishes because i cannot do it lol.

Girls i do daisy keech abs workout and daisy keech booty workout too and i added this, first i do tjis workout, then daisy keech abs and 3 min later i do this, it works, you can be the Best
Doing this for 2 weeks (with actual updates and results): Day 1: ✅skipped 2 execrises but so far so good. (Started a day early) Day 2:✅ skipped the same 2 execrises where you have to lift your legs when laying on your stomach. The burning is a little better than yesterday. Don't see anything yet 🥲. Day 3:❌skipped this day because my butt was sore 😅 but when I looked in the mirror I saw a longer line for my butt Crack. Since I have a squareish butt and my butt is more down, I think I'm building muscle on the upper part of my butt! Day 4:✅ The pain got worst, maybe because I skipped a day. But I kept on going. If I can do this, YOU CAN DO THIS AS WELL! (ALSO I DID ONE OF THE EXECRISES I WAS STRUGGLING WITH, I JUST NEED TO DO THE OTHER ONE NOW!!) 😊

doing this for 25 day! day one: I was sweating and my muscles hurt a lot even though I exercise every day... day two: It was harder than yesterday,I was sweating again and my butt is on 🔥... day three: Didn't do it bcs it was a rest day day four: I did it twice,and my butt hurts so much. day five: it's much easier and I can see some process in the butt.. day six: I see it and it's easier
i remember trying this workout last year and it really grew my butt!i came back to it this year and it burnt like hell i could barely do the last two cuz my thighs were of fire😭but i know i’tl get easier as i go on

Doing this workout for 2 weeks + Daisy Keech's abs waist workout ( no days off) wish me luck!! Day 1✅: I finished it and it was very good! felt like my butt was on fire!! Day 2✅: The workout was easier today than yesterday but I did feel the burn! No stops or pauses, I went right through the whole thing which I'm proud of myself since I always stop a workout video so thank you lord!! Day 3✅: DAMN, DONE HAHA. And this time it did burn on my butt and legs which is good. So I know tomorrow gonna be good. Day 4✅: Keeping it real, I wanted to quit this day🤣. I couldn't even go through the whole workout without stopping the video for a 5-10 second break😭🤣. This day really got my butt feeling the burn. Every.Single.Muscle.In.My.Butt.Felt.It. I would love if you could recommend a resistance loop from the beginning so I don’t have to stop to get up and get mine ☺️ I know it’s optional, but I incorporate resistance in every chance I get and was not aware this workout with incorporate moves that would be using a resistance loop!

Day 1 Found it long, probably cuz its the first time doing it, my legs just feel a bit tired and some weird burning in my butt and thighs haha! I'm also on a calorie deficit so yeah. Actually gonna do it for 2 weeks: Info: I didn’t change anything in my eating habits specifically for this, I mostly eat carbs and I try to eat fruits and veggies everyday(kale, collards, etc) I only drink water too, I also do waist/ab exercises and I have a fast metabolism and am naturally skinny Day 1 - burned a bit but butt workouts are easier for me than any other workouts, got really tired and hot cats though Day 2 - I’ve been busy so I haven’t been able to workout but today I did it and it burned a lot at first because I used resistance bands but so far I guess I’ve seen a small difference but I haven’t looked in the mirror too much (also I did this at which is hopefully gonna help me sleep and I do a butt workout after this too) Day 3 - burn was a little harder in the beginning but I kept pushing this is my butt workout btw I didn’t use it as an activation this time Day 4 - so hard, my stomach felt a bit full and bloated and I felt an intense burn, it was hard to keep going because it was HOT too (in California btw) but I spray water everywhere and kept pushing with fans of course

Day 10: Way easier now! Seeing a small bit of progress. I also recommend doing these in front of a mirror to check your form!
Day 15: Lot a bit of motivation and ALMOST skipped, but I sucked it up and did them today💪! I’ve also added a few different workouts to help my end goal such as heel touches, stomach vacuums, and a bit of weight training.
Day 20: Results are showing like crazy! I’ve also been eating a bit healthier (or trying to hehe). Super motivated again 👍
Day 25: Only 5 more days! Might wait a week to let booty grow before doing final comparisons
Day 30: Ayyyy last day! I’m gonna wait 5 days till I do comparisons to let my body rest a bit, then i’m gonna start a new workout routine. My butt feels much harder, and I think I gained some muscle weight! Overall very happy with this workout and would recommend it with a bit of weight training to help build muscle!
Final Update: Overall super happy! I love my body way more now, and I definitely recommend this workout, but the key is to stay determined and do it every day no matter what! I wish you all a successful journey

@@lmfaoveeit probably filled them in and made them look less visible. like yk how hip dips sink in, it most likely made them more wider which will make your hips look wider. if you don’t know what hip dips are then look them up

I have been doing this as the actual workout and i can highly recommend it. I've got a bigger,stronger and rounder booty. I do it 3 times a week and i just add 50 secs sumo squat pulses and knee squats instead of frog kicks and starfishes because i cannot do it lol.

Doing this for 2 weeks (with actual updates and results):
Day 1: ✅skipped 2 execrises but so far so good. (Started a day early)
Day 2:✅ skipped the same 2 execrises where you have to lift your legs when laying on your stomach. The burning is a little better than yesterday. Don't see anything yet 🥲.
Day 3:❌skipped this day because my butt was sore 😅 but when I looked in the mirror I saw a longer line for my butt Crack. Since I have a squareish butt and my butt is more down, I think I'm building muscle on the upper part of my butt!
Day 4:✅ The pain got worst, maybe because I skipped a day. But I kept on going. If I can do this, YOU CAN DO THIS AS WELL! (ALSO I DID ONE OF THE EXECRISES I WAS STRUGGLING WITH, I JUST NEED TO DO THE OTHER ONE NOW!!) 😊

Day 1✅: I finished it and it was very good! felt like my butt was on fire!!
Day 2✅: The workout was easier today than yesterday but I did feel the burn! No stops or pauses, I went right through the whole thing which I'm proud of myself since I always stop a workout video so thank you lord!!
Day 3✅: DAMN, DONE HAHA. And this time it did burn on my butt and legs which is good. So I know tomorrow gonna be good.
Day 4✅: Keeping it real, I wanted to quit this day🤣. I couldn't even go through the whole workout without stopping the video for a 5-10 second break😭🤣. This day really got my butt feeling the burn. Found it long, probably cuz its the first time doing it, my legs just feel a bit tired and some weird burning in my butt and thighs haha! I'm also on a calorie deficit so yeah.

Found it short now haha, my legs r fine but I have seen some lifting from the last session.

Info: I didn’t change anything in my eating habits specifically for this, I mostly eat carbs and I try to eat fruits and veggies everyday(kale, collards, etc) I only drink water too, I also do waist/ab exercises and I have a fast metabolism and am naturally skinny
Day 1 - burned a bit but butt workouts are easier for me than any other workouts, got really tired and hot cats though
Day 2 - I’ve been busy so I haven’t been able to workout but today I did it and it burned a lot at first because I used resistance bands but so far I guess I’ve seen a small difference but I haven’t looked in the mirror too much (also I did this at which is hopefully gonna help me sleep and I do a butt workout after this too)
Day 3 - burn was a little harder in the beginning but I kept pushing this is my butt workout btw I didn’t use it as an activation this time
Day 4 - so hard, my stomach felt a bit full and bloated and I felt an intense burn, it was hard to keep going because it was HOT too (in California btw) but I spray water everywhere and kept pushing with fans of course
