Gotta find a better place to live, carve out the mountains and build something better. Close to water and fertile soil. Cable car is sketchy with no maintenance or rescue staff. Works in other countries where the cable cars were invented. You're supposed to use your cable car to mine and construct on the mountain. Use cable car systems on land with rails if terrain still steep. Relying on steel cables leaves you vulnerable to sabotage, you'll need to hire security to watch over. Not all men do a good job, some put more effort into their words than their actions.
