    I believe we all have a RIGHT to film & publicly show what happens in our homes.
    If someone breaks into our home, rips off all their clothes, shoots up heroin, masturbates, and then decides to pee on the floor, then there is no expectation of privacy. If they get filmed and feel embarrassed because of it, then that's their own fault.

    The fact that ABC News can show the same footage Afroman did, make money off of it the same way he did via views on RUclips, and not have a lawsuit filed against them shows exactly why the police have no case against Afroman. Same way you can record any encounter with the police, pick it apart on your own RUclips channel, and keep all of the money you make from the views.

      In the end only the 'informant' got a few dollars?! Those Police who try suing afroman should instead sue the one who gave them the oh so wrongful order to attack this man and house.

    The saddest part is knowing that Afroman just happens to be famous enough that we have heard about this case. We can bet there are countless other cases of unaccountable men, with guns coming with the full backing of our government to destroy peoples lives and property, that we are not hearing about. And, as the officer who sneered about getting compensation for the damage demonstrates, "It don't work like that.", they are quite smug about it.

    • @ehill1536
      @ehill1536 9 месяцев назад +35

      They also robbed him... caught on tape. It's really like saying police have the right to literally break down your door, put a few ARs in your face then take whatever they want... on a "tip". They want their likeness to be removed for making him money but imagine how this would have gone if he were home and had any reaction, whatsoever, to an entire swat team breaking in. A sack of mj produced by law enforcement, to some, probably would have justified it all, especially if he didn't survive the encounter. Sad part is when you hear people openly say they'd wish someone would come raid their house in an attempt to take anything... Cold dead hands and all... Justice is only real for those in the position to define it.
