@@darrellhall8848 he probably did which is why the cops didn’t want to speak to him lol I’ve seen plenty of videos where cops will speak to attorneys, moms, dads, friends all on the phone lol 😂 but only when cops want to have an arrest under their resume then they throw all that out the window and do whatever it takes to get the arrest. As you saw she didn’t want to even listen to what he was saying or even have any optimism towards what he was saying the about license and the car tag plates. She said “I’ve been doing this for years” so you know what that means I’m not listening to you and I know more than you so shut up lol 😂 and of course 69 was calm bc that’s how most ppl are when they know they did nothing wrong and have proof to show it. It feels like a whole slap just to be arrested and being brought back just to redo that issue...

If the police don't ask you any incriminating questions, they don't have to read you Miranda rights. However, anything you volunteer can and will be used against you in the court of law Lol.
In this case, a traffic violation is not cause for Miranda rights, he was observed breaking traffic laws and would of been issued a citation if it weren't for an active warrant. Likewise, Miranda rights aren't required if you have a warrant, they're simply fulfilling the warrant for your arrest, they're not investigating if a crime was committed, they're fulfilling a court order.
My ex was arrested for the same stupid reason.. a bench warrant for a traffic citation in which she failed to pay or appear in court. In her case, she was issued a citation, moved/changed address and forgot about the citation until 2 years later when she got pulled over again for another traffic violation an was booked into custody for a bench warrant.

In Poland we have App where we have our - ID, car registration, driving licence and all of that stuff. And its recognized as normal document if you forget. And you dont have to even show driving licence, because they have you in database anyway.
