    This beef in hot and sour soup is a flavorful and aromatic dish that combines thinly sliced ribeye beef with a spicy and tangy broth.     Thin Sliced Beef in Hot and Sour Soup Recipe:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 lb thinly sliced beef ribeye
    - 2 tbsp chopped ginger
    - 3 tbsp chopped garlic
    - 1 green onion, chopped for garnish
    - 4 pickled chili peppers (adjust amount for desired spice level)
    - 1 1/2 cup chopped pickled mustard greens or radish
    - 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
    - 2 cups chicken stock or water
    - 1 tsp white pepper powder
    - 3 tbsp Chinese vinegar
    - 1 pack enoki mushrooms (use any mushroom your choice)
    - 2 Celtuce(Wo sun), chopped in chunks (use any green crunchy vegetable such as broccoli , celery...)
    - Salt to taste
    - 3 tbsp Cooking oil (stir fry)
    - 3 tbsp Cooking oil for pour over
    Instructions:
    1. Heat some cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic, ginger, and half of the chopped green onions. Stir fry until fragrant.
    2. Add the pickled chili peppers and pickled mustard greens or radish. Stir fry for a couple of minutes.
    3. Pour in the chicken stock or water and bring to a boil.
    4. Add the enoki mushrooms and Celtuce. Cook the vegetables for a minute.
    5. Stir in the Sichuan peppercorns, Chinese vinegar, white pepper powder, and salt to taste.
    6. Quickly add the thinly sliced beef to the soup and cook for about a minute until the beef is cooked through.
    7. Serve the hot and sour soup in a large soup bowl, garnish with the remaining chopped green onions.
    8. In a small pot, heat some oil on the stove and then pour it over the soup to enhance the flavor.
    9. Serve the hot and sour soup with rice.
