I made this (minus the top layer because my pan was too small) and it was delicious!!! Since I'm the only one doing Keto in my family, I cut up single serving sizes, wrapped and froze them. This freezes very well, and thaws equally well. I loved eating it semi-frozen as well as thawed. The chocolate with the strawberries (I had to use them up so I sliced them in half and put them along the edges like I've seen in your other videos) tasted so good together! I want to make this again now that I have the correct sized pan. Thanks for these wonderful recipes! 🍓❤
I made this cake for Easter since my husband loves chocolate. It was excellent! I would eat this cake whether I was on Keto or not. I forgot to brown the almond flour and freeze the crust but it came out great anyway. This is an impressive dessert with very little effort. Thank you!
Made this today for my hubby's birthday cake. I used Lily's dark chocolate bits for the mousse and the ganache layer, and I added 1 tsp of instant coffee to the ganache. It was so decadently delicious....chocolate heaven. Thank you so much.

Made this a few days ago and..... this will definitely fix your chocolate craving! Very rich and decadent. I didn't have enough regular chocolate, so I had to use a Stover's chocolate bar with coconut in it and a couple of Stover's chocolate mints to make up the difference. Well, that was different..... but it worked!
Just made this it was amazing used 100 percent gharadelli bar 2 oz and 1/4 swerve powdered and made heavy whipped cream for topping great flavor and texture loved it

I've made this recipe and it is really, really, good. However, for the German taste (I'm living in Germany) it is WAY to sweet. I will have to try and reduce the sweetness next time I make it. Thanks for posting and sharing :)
Did the quantities work for you? For the mousse I used 125 ml whipped cream and 40 gram of mascarpone because we do not have heavy cream like in America. Of course I had added the yolks, chocolate, etc but then I found out I did not have enough mousse. It did not even fill up the pan half way. I bought the exact same pan online so I don’t understand. 🙄
It is very hot here, so the cream didn't got stiff, I put this cake into the oven and what I could say, it is absolutely delicious. Will make this definitely frequently. Your recipes are so delicious for keto, there is no better way to loose weight.

I made this last night. I screwed up the ganache a bit trying to figure out milliliters. In my kitchen we use teaspoons and cups but it did turn out really good. Even my husband liked it. I piped the ganache on in star pattern as it was thicker than it was supposed to be but it was real pretty. Wish I could share the picture with you. I will definitely make this again. Thanks! 💕

I made this last night and it was delicious. I did have to adjust a few of the ingredients, as my almond crust came out a bit more liquidy than pictured. I also had to adjust the chocolate in my recipe, as I used only 100% cocoa Baker’s bar. I will have to order the milk chocolate sugar free bar online...and I’ll definitely try it again.
