I made this recipe and it came out very nice although the chocolate was bitter, I used a chocolate with 100% cocoa, I didn't know about that but I recommend that you use one with much less cocoa. I also suggest adding more erytrytol to the whole dessert to make it feel sweeter. Thank you

Made it this morning for my son' s birthday. Looks nice, but chocolate mousse is way too sweet. We could only eat top layers and they were delicious. Next time will only put 60-70g of erythritol.
Hello Michelle, unfortunately you need a removable bottom or springform pan for this cake to be able to remove it from the pan without damaging the cake. ❤️
How do you use the gelatin powder? It doesn't get used the same way. You use less water in the sheets. Would I just dissolve a tablespoon full of powder in a couple tablespoons of hot water instead? Where do you get the sheets? I've never seen them before.
Linda Van Raay you have to bloom the gelatine powder in cold water. For every 1 tsp powdered gelatine you can bloom it in 2 tablespoons of cold water for 5 mins the microwave for about 10 secs
I just made this I used an 8-inch springform pan and while it tastes good I did not get the rise in each of the layers. I used the powdered gelatin and I just added the correct measurements into each layer as described in the instructions I wonder what went wrong...
Hi Jan, it’s because you used a large pan. As indicated in the video I used a 6x3 inch pan. you can use 1.5 or double the recipe if you want to get the same height using an 8 inch pan. thank you!❤️
