Yeah. Its like asking if competitive basketball strategy would work in pick up game at a park and the answer is yes. If you have strong fundamentals it will work in a chaotic environment. I think the most interesting part is that your teamates will feed and that works both ways but if you know this and your opponents dont. You effectively have an advantage everytime which by definition will give you a higher winrate.
