    I have done yoga off and on for 25 years. What I've noticed lately as a male is that videos are by women, for women. It's sort of unspoken, unexamined and naturally assumed without ever crossing the yoga teacher's mind. That's perfectly fine. I have no problem with that. Trying to get back into Yoga, I wondered why it just wasn't gelling. I realized my male body works differently. I find the poses in the by/for women videos unrealistic for me. There are some poses I will never be able to do like the by/for females teacher does, no matter how many years I practice steadily. Thanks for this one for the dudes.

    By far the best beginners guide I've come across. Supportive teacher who constantly reminds us it's okay to stumble and optional exercises to show what we're working toward. A lot of other beginner guides assume good mobility and can be discouraging to absolute couch potatoes like myself.

    Thanks for the videos Sean . I’m a 68-year-old seven year cancer survivor. I have an ostomy so I have to be super careful when I work out as to not get a hernia. I have to say these yoga workouts are the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. I’ve been lifting weights since I was 13. I wish I would’ve done this instead. I can’t lift much now so this is perfect. I tossed away my “grabber” tool because now I can bend over again and pick stuff up. Been doing your videos for about two months and I feel 10 years younger.Keep up the good work!!

    Finally a true beginner tutorial with detailed explanation without the obnoxious "music" or coma inducing tone of voice! Perfect for this 59 yr old lady whose idea of a workout is doing laundry! I can't wait to get out of bed and look for my brand new 15 yr old yoga mat! And YES to part two.

    Obviously a different video but I managed bird of paradise today and I wanted to tell you. Though I was in good shape before I started yoga, those starting out should know that you just might be able to do the things that seem impossible right now. Keep at it.

    After being suggested by numerous F3 brothers and my daughter todays was my 1st day of Yoga, and considering my F3 name is "Yogi" ( cant make stuff like that up) i guess its fitting. day #1 in the books !

    Thank you, you are a great teacher, I used to teach myself but it's been a long time since I was away from my Asana practice. So I chose this beginning video, since I have gotten physically inflexible and out of shape.
    I like how you walk us through it. However, please consider doing the same type of video with savasana at the end

    I was watching your beginners mens work out for about a year, the weights been up and down, and it was a little hard at first. Mostly, though, you are very descriptive in this one and I think im gonna switch t this one. I like the pace at which you describe each move. I really appreciate it man! come eat at my restaurant!

    These videos are incredible I recently had a gnarly skydiving accident where I broke my tib fib and i have started these yoga cards as part of my recovery process and the definetly help.

    Greetings from the Granite State. Thank you for the video. I did this to warm up for my main session, your “ Intense Warrior Core Workout “ from the 7 day challenge on the Sean Vigue Fitness app. That was some tough sledding, starting warmed up helped.

    Hey Sean, love you videos and following along to this workout. Really trying to get into yoga and stretching as my body is becoming so stiff and sore from way to much sitting in the office. Flexibility is not my thing, but really hoping these workout will get my body moving freely again. Any tips to loosening tight hips and hamstrings?
