@@Zachboy007 how would you know that they are "unwanted" anyway (from everyone)? Just because they are homeless they are not allowed on public property? What kind of logic is that? Yeah, let's just make those helpful services even less available because some feel they're "unwanted" or don't like it.

Porter and Miss Mooney arrive and both Garrett and Berrada give our leaders and Miss Mooney the rundown on the incident. Sheriff Johnston and Capt. Porter take the two fighting battleaxes to the Mango Park County Jail, while both Sgt. Garrett and Sgt. Berrada continue running security at Miss Mooney's community block party. In the US, Vagrancy and Panhandling are actually considered crimes in the US. They are misdemeanors, penalties are usually a fine, some jail time. I have seen people arrested and/or jailed over these crimes while travelling the US as, among other things, as a prospector. In one place, a small burger joint, I have seen a homeless woman being arrested, taken to jail by the local PD. Given what I have seen here, via other postings, it may also be illegal to even give homeless people a coffee and/or a doughnut, cookies, all to discourage them.

What a wonderful message this has.
Please don't look down at the homeless people they are people too.
They are not all drunks and drug addictive.
They are families that lost everything because of parents losing there jobs, income and the places they live.
They ever live in their cars as long as they can. I say that because over time there is no more money for gas.
When you are homeless living in your car you have to keep moving to different places because the police will keep telling to move..
I was homeless and one of those people as some people call them
They become Ghost people because no one wants to have anything to do with them.
It is real use to become homeless. It can be one check away.
    Cassie😊

I can see Daryl Meyer as the assistant to the Mango Park Public Schools superintendent with Verne Alexandre as the school superintendent, in a future Soul Snack episode where Sheriff Johnston and 2 of his deputies usher junior high school students back into the school cafeteria from being outside, during a dangerous smog alert from wildfires burning in the Everglades. One kid suffers an asthma attack from inhaling smog particles and has to go to the nurse's office, accompanied by one deputy, while another arrests the principal for mass child endangerment for making the students stay outside, during the lunch hour in the smog. The superintendent's assistant becomes acting principal and takes the first official action by allowing the student that suffered the asthma attack to go home and rest, but is also advised to visit the doctor also gets his school work for his 2 remaining classes, since he has study hall in 7th period. As for the principal that was arrested, she's hauled off to jail and the superintendent schedules an emergency school board meeting to decide her future with the Mango Park Public School District. I can definitely see Bob Sharkey back as Sheriff Johnston with Terrell Mitchell and Emilie Smith as the deputies with Tracey Eman as the principal that gets arrested. Working title would be "Principal Karen endangers class"!!!

To be honest, I was going to go for the laugh & say Karen, but decided to instead take a stand against the whole "Karen" trend. Every Karen that I've ever met has been a kind, loving & wonderful person. I don't know or care how this trend started, but it needs to end. I'm sure we all know someone named Karen & it's time to take a stand for all of the Karen's we know & love. Somehing to keep in mind, when people deserve kindness the least is when they need it the most! 😊 💕.
