    I would like to say thank you for your excellent recommendation! I ordered three of these lights for my two car garage woodworking shop. The wife was so impressed by them I was ordered to purchase two more for her art studio 😄! Well done sir👍

    This is exactly what I need! Thank you so much for posting this. I was about to wire in a bunch of tube lights. You have saved me a ton of work.

      Ya, these are much better then old style fluorescent tube lights. Actually took one down yesterday. My newer led tube lights to work just fine but these new 3 light fixtures are Much brighter! Glad this helped. Thanks for watching!

      @@LTDWoodworks We purchased linkable workshop lights for many of the same reasons you did. each one is 5600 Lumens and I purchased two more for the dark spots in the garage. Now we have the opposite problem. The garage is too bright for filming and I have to use an ND filter on the camera because it is brighter than outdoor sunlight. Dont go crazy as we did. I think we watched Chevy Chase in national lampoon's Christmas vacation too much and we over did it. LOL

      Ha, I hear ya! I'm thinking only two more. One over my table saw and one over my bandsaw and scroll saw. At times I have had to add some brightness in editing the videos. Great movie BTW!

    That's some nice lighting! It's amazing what a difference good lighting makes in a shop. It's almost like...night and day.... ;)

      Ya, so far I’m really impressed. Just installed yesterday so haven’t really “used” them much so can’t wait to get in the shop more to really see the difference. Thanks for watching!

    Hello my friend,
    Many places now have LED lighting. Last year I updated my workshop with the LED lighting system. The video recordings are even better now. It is necessary to balance it with daylight. The evaluation of color temperatures is as follows: Daylight (6500 Kelvin and above) Cool white (5300-6500 Kelvin) Warm white (3300-5300 Kelvin)
    5000-6000 calvin is sufficient in an indoor area that does not receive average daylight. (I hope the technical information didn't bore you) I think you did a good job. congratulations. See you. big greetings. Stay healthy and happy...

    Have one like it in my garage/shop. Deformed it to light up the bench area giving me some beautemous silvery light where I needed it most.

    Keep up the good work, new subscriber and I really like your style. Question, i am just finishing a new shop and wonder if it would be wise to use these lights all over versus the 4 foot led lights.

    • @LTDWoodworks
      @LTDWoodworks  3 года назад +1

      Thanks! Well.... I guess my initial answer is it may depend on what your doing. For general use the four foot led's work great. Really, they do. But for me, I obviously film a lot and I have found that at times the footage can be a little dark in certain areas of the shop. So these new ones will really help by adding that extra light where needed. also, at times when I was doing close up work with chisels on dark walnut, seeing the scribe lines was a bit hard with just the four foot led's. But maybe that's just my eyes getting worse as I get older. For me, I think I like having both. And I'm probably going to get two more of these new ones and be done from there. Not sure I really answered your question but hopefully gave you something to think about. Thanks again!
