Commanding style is successful in Army or forces and it goes very well some part not agree over all it's an very nice video mam it's being long 3 -4 years I am watching your white board sessions
Pace-setting means you lead by example in a strict manner. As in: do it exactly as I do it, rather than, do it in accordance with my vision, with your own implementation style.
Democratic means allowing people to discuss and choose between given options, not just asking what they want to do and going with the most popular random choice.
Hi l need your advice, have facilities management qaulification and experience also projects management qaulification and experience but now l want to do EMBA and MBA which specialise should l choose ,am thinking about leadership and management
