BARS 🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💫🤧
That’s exactly how we were trained in the Military ❤ 🔥 and customer service begin with the Leaders and employees.
Thank you for the video. really helpful
thanks alot
This is life impacting.
To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life.
GOD bless you too ❤
Thank you
A good leader should always listen to the needs and concerns of their team and work together to find solutions.
exactly
Yes Absolutely 💯
It started out on point. It devolved into a rant.
5/10
I am a department manager, most of what he said here are correct. However, some employees are not cut out to work in certain positions, so they have to be removed. No matter what training you give them, they are not just right for the job. You can not turn a duck into an eagle.
I saw eagle managers in my company .They were a duck first but they were trained well well and later become manager. From the moment they become manager they did not trained new joiners. They decide to put new joiners in dangerzone with " you have no knowledge ".Also the ironic part was that some ducks were smarter than eagle because they have to extract the knowledge without being trained. This is the Dutch business culture
@TheLegend-uq1gz I disagree with your assessment, it’s a cop out. You have to find the right angle in which you approach the individuals. Just as Simon was saying, your responsibility is to make sure the people are ok. As a supervisor/manager your job is to change the narrative, find the niche for the person on your team that you have discounted as a duck. You are not a good candidate for leadership if this is your attitude. You bring people up, not put a stamp on them because you feel like they are not a good fit for the job. SMH
But that's a problem of selecting people. You have to select people that have potential in that particular job.
Not every strategy works with everyone. As a Leader, challenge yourself to come at it from a different perspective. Deploy empathy, courtesy and respect. If you do that, you'll earn the respect and people will naturally grow with you. Have the ability to listen to your people, they will tell you everything you need to know, even if you don't agree with it.
I would challenge you to listen to your team. Hold a meeting or one on ones with people and listen to their feedback. Don't talk, just listen. Good leaders eat last.
People who disagree probably never worked in a leadership position. In an ideal and more emphatic world, I'd agree with the idea, but when you look at the real corporate world we live in, you find some people who simply are not fit into the job, no matter how many resources (training, 1:1 sessions, ..) you put into them. At the end of the day, it becomes a business decision of whether you should keep them or take someone new, because people who underdeliver means other people (either supervisor or colleagues) must work harder to fill their gap. I do believe they are exceptiona, but anyone who disagrees should wake up and realize the brutal world we live.
Very informative video.
."Great leaders inspire others to believe in themselves and strive for greatness."
Liked the content too. Really crucial points to be kept in our mind.
❤️ I love the story of Noah. What a great guy. I love running into people like this. May we strive for this type of delivery to our customers and exemplify this to our teams.
I did not get the opportunity to be led by a leader that Simon mentioned but would definitely try to become that leader WHO CARES!
Leadership is not about just getting your name in headlines… it’s service. There are processes to work on.
Leadership is inert in everybeing, we are leaders in our respective callings. Not learned but you can upskill or improve in what is already in you. Find your area of purpose and then would you thrive. You cannot put a fish on the land and expects it to thrive, this is why people fail and feel frustrated, depressed and unfulfilled.
Stay blessed 🙏 ✌
Being a leader means you are not in charge, it means you are responsible to those in your charge.
Leadership is a skill, it’s practicable and learnable. When you practice everyday you’ll be a good leader but when you stop you’ll be a weak leader.
Everyone can be a leader but not everyone want to be a leader and not everyone should be a leader because it comes with great personal sacrifice.
Create a right environment to have right people.
."Great leaders inspire others to believe in themselves and strive for greatness."
Yes definitely
Rewatching this and having had a talk with my exec yesterday, I am much more comfortable with having the talk of “this may not be the best job for you” with an employee. Went from putting in the effort to work well with all to picking and choosing his own desirable place without even trying to rectify where he is currently.
Not everything Simon says is for everyone but much can be learned from him to apply to personal life or daily situations ! First step is to believe in your self !
BRAVOOOOO. Brilliant 👏. I was a courtesy driver for Four Seasons hotel in NYC. I loved my job. Even though I was employed by a limo company, one of the managers from FS hotel came to train us, as we were an extension to their service. I will never forget that gentleman. His rich presence is memorable. I then, got trained by "W" hotel team. Same, great presentation and points. They gave example , when ppl comeback from vacay, the first story they tell is about what went wrong, and later, what went good. Meaning that ppl always remember and willing to talk about what's wrong with his experience with that ofice/business/company. I will listen to this video about 100 times and implement what I learn in my new career. Lately I'm dealing with managers who has no idea how to manage, no emphatic behavior, just a disaster.
I had the honor to work for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for over 10 years and still consider myself "really fortunate" to have worked with them.
This was one of the greatest motivation for those who seeks more in this path
Yes it is
Layoffs are indeed a scary time and thing to go through.
I challenge people, to network and be a source of optimism to the workplace. Makes a difference.
You can't prepare for layoffs, it's almost like preparing for death.
In the same way, be the best person you can be and the right people will notice.
Loved this message!
Thank you for everything!
All I needed to hear was try again.. Thank you for this! I can use those two words for me but it's mostly for my co workers. Try again. Finally some clarity.. thank you! Like Noah I love my job but lately with some I have been such a bad co worker so I needed the "try again" but with empathy. Thanks Simon.
I'm a church planter in india and this motivation keeps me going with my fellow brothers
❤Thank you for this video! It resonates the “correct” attitude ALL supervisors, managers and leaders is supposed to be exemplify! Thank God that someone is finally changing the narrative!
You are so welcome! 😊
Leadership is service to those who doing service
*LEADERSHIP IS THE RESSIPPONSIBILITY THAT EVERY HAS OR WILL HAVE. SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW A FEW THINGS ABOUT IDEAL LEADERSHIP. IN BUSINESS , FANILLY, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND MORE WE NEED LEADDERS. THANK YOU FOR THIS USEFUL VIDEO!!!*

A great speech by Simon Sinek.
I watched this video several times and read all the comments up to this moment. As a CEO for four decades and as a teacher of leadership, Simon is spot on.
Lead by example: Demonstrate the qualities and behaviors you expect from your team members. Your actions speak louder than words.
Communicate effectively: Keep your team informed, listen actively to their input, and provide clear direction. Effective communication fosters trust and collaboration.
Thanks Simon Sinek, I learnt from your story, great leader make people love their job and desire to do it better ❤.

Leadership can also be complex at times too because it comes in many ways and temperaments as people lead in different ways. Sometimes, there are leaders who should not be leaders. I myself struggle in being a leader even when I do not have that position to. I have a hard time dealing with people because I have an issue with trusting others because I was a target for harassment and bullying. I am working on trying to be better and moving on so I can be a leader and the one creature that shows the best Leadership traits are wolves. To be a leader is also to set the best example possible, one of those is if you lead with kindness, caring, compassion for those around you they are going to follow you through thick and thin. You also have to make sacrifices and sometimes your life can be on the line for the sake of your team or pack. Then there are the bad leaders who are selfish, they use greed and fear to get what they want and it becomes the point where no one wants to follow them but has no other choice but to because they are too afraid to stand against it.
Love the first portion! But give Jordan Peterson his Credit! They’re the man’s personal words 🤷🏻♂️
Dawn- The fine line between a leader and a manager is a manager manages process. a leader manages PEOPLE- that is they understand what motivates you may not motivate me. You say you don't have a position of leadership. I disagree. Look at yourself in the mirror; THAT is who you lead every day. Start with yourself and see what happens. Think about it- if you wouldn't follow yourself, why would anyone else? You do not need a title to be a leader and you point that out clearly in your comments!
Dawn- Out of all the 5 Ms, you can handle all Ms except MEN. Bcz no two human beings are same. Even the same one person will have split personality. Handling MEN is the most complex jobs in this world and that's what I practice. It will drain you mentally and physically as well.
Great motivation

Hi Simon Sinek,
I agree 100% that leadership is all about being concerned about those who we lead.
In business...the best model which is built capable to achieve this outcome is: network marketing; direct sales; Collaborative financial leverage; mutually beneficial partnerships.
We specialize in helping build family units into stronger entities by helping eliminate personal debt and then teach and model how to develop private wealth.
Simon Sinek, delivering justice to people is through a business model allowing ownership of relationship connections and maintaining them over the long term.
That is the value of our industry.
Direct sales is designed for restoring trust and contributing to community growth and wellbeing. It allows families to secure their dynasties.
Hi Simon Sinek, I'd love to learn leadership and business from you. What do you say to this?
Which speech is this from???
👏
Haan yaar, 4RA pe deposit karna bhi bohot easy hai, multiple options available hain 💳👌🏼
I would like to personally Thank You for creating and sharing such inspirational and motivational video. Finest definition of a leader in one video.
Cheers!!
That was faultless- here are my notes Leader
Empathy
Perspective
Not being in charge but taking care of people in our charge
Managers not leaders
Transition from responsible for the job to responsible for the people
When things go right you need to give away all the credit
Wrong you take the blame
Companies don’t train leadership
Four seasons great hotel because of their staff - friendly fun engaging
Managers ask how I’m doing - is their anything needed to do job better
I feel I can be myself
Other job managers trying to catch you out - so avoid and keep head down
So it’s not right people - it’s right leadership
When people have performance problems- instead if you’re out - practice empathy - being concerned about the person not their output
Environment safe enough for people to raise hand and say I don’t know what I am doing - I need help - I screwed something up - I’m scared - I’m worried
Business cannot do well if employees lie hide their issues
Don't be in charge always take care of people who are in our charge. Don't be a micromanaging manager. We should've understand the value of each and every employee and their learning time. Train people to how to lead to shine their career, to embrace their designation. Leadership is a practicable and learnable skills. Everyone is capable to be a leader but those people who has guts to take responsibility for failures and give credits for achievements to team can be a leader. Having calmness and self control is essential because whenever work will not going good instead of yelling on team should motivate them to striving again. Leader should not responsible for the results and job they should be responsible for those who is in their charge because end of the day they will only give results they are the root of organisation.
Story is reflecting about behaviour of a leader.creating an work environment which should be right where employees can be live freely never micromanage.
Overall think about people first then job.t
❤
4rabet pe crash games khelna toh sabse best hai, high risk high reward 💸🔥
