An 8 bit doom sounds pretty cool. I can imagine a side scroller where you'd be shooting lots demons with your different weapons. Maybe something like Metroid (but with a map).

8bit doomguy has some pretty good reaction time, being able to immediatly start shooting at a zombie that appears inches in front of him and almost gets to his face

I find this a good NES remix because it doesn't "cheat" by using audio enhancements like VR-6. Good work :D

I have a few questions though:
1) I know the hunchback and flying demon are from Castlevania (I think circle of the moon?) But is the zombie as well? I thought they looked a bit different..
2) Taking a guess here but the 3 enemies from Doom these sprites are representing are: Lost Soul, Zombie Soldier and Hell Baron (or Cyberdemon)?
3) Are you planning to 8-bit some more Doom tunes?
