Add to that list Malfoy Manor, and the four Hogwarts Houses - a detailed 2 story Gryffindor common room & dorms and same for other houses. Prefects bathroom. Owlery {rumour is they're working on that} More buildings to add to Diagon Alley like the Leaky Cauldron!
A UCS Quidditch World Cup set would be really neat
100% I would love a full pitch! Something on the scale of the Roman Colosseum but with a Quidditch Pitch for the World Quidditch Cup, would be an absolutely must purchase set for me. You got me sold on the Quidditch set though. With the upcoming Quidditch related game (in the works) a Lego Set to go alongside that would be perfect timing for the Holidays and anniversaries and all that
You should do more mocs/set upgrades
I would love to see an expansion to Diagon Alley. Either directly from LEGO or in a seriously cool MOC. They've given us the Bank, with an expandable underground vault and cart system, so to me the obvious next step is to expand under all of Diagon Alley to add either more tracks and vaults, or, in my dream of dreams, a full Ministry of Magic underneath the shops.
Lego is putting out another Angela this year. ANOTHER! How about Hagrid's motorbike instead. Not a poly bag. A big one. Then again both a big and a small would be neat. Also, I know they weren't the most popular, but after building them, I really enjoy displaying the big Harry and Hermione. I would love to see a Ron and either Draco or a really big Hagrid.
Yes, yes, yes! Hagrid's motorbike would be epic. And I agree, don't give me a big Harry and Hermione and no Ron. Just feels incomplete.

Agreed, it's definitely time for a new Durmstrang ship. In 2005, Target had an exclusive version of the Durmstrang ship that came with 4 extra figures (Harry, Ron, Hermione and Dumbledore

I'm hoping with the new Hagrid's Hut that there is a surprise Aragog. He definitely needs a more detailed remake.

The full Quidditch pitch is NEVER, EVER gonna happen.
That would be unpractical, both in terms of price AND display space.
Lego would be alienating half of its potential buyers if they were to make this bulky, unaffordable set.
Meanwhile, those who DO want a full Quidditch pitch can simply buy 2 sets and combine/customize them.
It's a simple question of accessibility and inclusivity, to make a smaller set that can reach different wallets.
