I CANT WAIT FOR THE 2024 ONE!@@willsworld4 I was about to buy the 2018 so many times on the second marked but once buckbeak got remade we just got the modular for the castle we already have.. but we are missing Hagrid and his home, I hope it wont be overpriced as all newer sets..
Probably one of my favourite parts of both the remakes of the burrow and the shrieking shack is some of the techniques used to build at different angles... the top floor of the burrow being on a slight slant, and the second floor of the shrieking shack being slightly twisted. Love it so much, awesome design work on each! ❤
Dumbledore and fawkes is just magical. Really gives off that Christmas vibes wizard. Love it! Really looking forward to the new version of diagon alley they are working on from the new Weasley shop
Yes!! Love seeing love for the mermaid set!! I would LOVE for more sets to come out in this form!! Also, the Burrow, Great Hall, and 4 Privet Drive are so amazing!!
Still waiting for a Durmstrang ship remake. I agree the Black Lake set is an incredible set and honestly the LEGO designers should look at that set as a gold standard for remakes.
I didn't grow up with the old sets and all of 2000-2010 was a part of my dark ages. That said, it's great to see a comparison and how far Lego has come especially from an authority on the subject! Thank you!
we still have the 2022 shrieking shak and hogsmead village in backlog, got em at 35% sale on amazon, will be the x-mas present for this year for my HP fanatic daughter!
Hey Holly! I love your old school/new school comparison vids. They ROCK!💕 ( oh, and this seems to be a comment thing? Fooooouuurrttthhh!!!! (Holly, you just got Numbered LOTR-style!) 😂) Consider yourself lucky the Eye of Sauron didn't target you...wait, drop of Harry's blood?! Maybe the Eye of Sauron should get some Ray-Bans and hide in the deepest depths of Mordor! But all kidding aside, great vid! (I don't have an eye emoji. 😭)
I will never agree with you on the Great Hall set. I think it looks absolutely atrocious. It looks incredibility squashed and with all the wrong proportions, the floating candles look ridiculous, it's super cluttered, the tower barely fits anything in it... Nah. I'll actually put it as one of the worse. Absolutely agree with Privet Drive, though. That set looks amazing. Probably my favourite remake, more than the lake actually. The Quidditch Match is another one of my favourites. And keeps reminding me we need a micro-scale Quidditch pitch to go alongside the micro-scale Hogwarts. We should campaign for that next!
I've said it on other vids of yours but id love to see a remake of Borgin and Burkes,so much potential for easter eggs and refrences, more death eaters, would love to see a bigger scale version than the old diagon alley one
1.11 The Grim? That's not a Grim that's supposed to be Sirius's animagus form which is a black dog. That a Grim takes the form of a black dog is purely coincidental.
a really cool video of remakes Holly the great hall set was actually my first harry potter sets I bought and build with the whomping willow set because those modular Hogwarts buildings to me are the most accurate and well build and play versions that replicate Hogwarts very well and I have a question for you, have you ever played Hogwarts legacy? If you haven't you need to play it the map is really big and the game is fun with side missions and a cool story in the 1800s era of Hogwarts and I think for top 10 remakes I think maybe you could do one of star wars and marvel and what do you think of the UCS Venator? the captain rex minifigure and the 4x4 brick 20th clone wars brick are the biggest highlights for me because I remember when I first saw the original 2d animation show of the clone wars when I started school as a kid
I personally love the new horntail. I think it's one of the best brick built creatures Lego has done. I don't know if it's supposed to retire this year but I usually wait to buy my Lego at least 20% off. If it's not retiring, I'd say you're good at 20% off or better!
Thanks for the great review, Holly! 🙌 Your Harry Potter Lego content first brought me to your channel, and I've been a fan of your reviews ever since. Your enthusiasm for the sets and your MOC-ing skills are always a joy to watch. I can understand your concerns about the direction of Harry Potter Lego, but seeing you share your insights in this video has rekindled my excitement for HP sets! 😄🪄🧙♂
Hagrids’s Hut had a MAJOR glow up. That original with the rubber band to keep the roof enclosed 😭
Hopefully it'll have a glow up from the most recent one with the new one coming out next year

All these years and your Harry Potter Lego videos are still the best there are
8:09 Affordable yes, easy to find, definitely not.
Really why it was so hard to find when it came out.
I think the troll in the toilets in the first movie is long overdue a remake

I ordered Gringotts last week and I can’t wait to get it! It’s such a cool set!

Glad to know I’m not the only one that grew up with that lego Harry Potter animation
shoop ✨🧔
I love your videos and your passion for Lego.
Her passion for what she loves is amazing and why she's my go-to for LEGO Harry Potter.
Good list! The Second Task, Burrow, and Privet Drive remakes in particular were revolutionary!
Looking forward to the bigger complete Hagrids Hut next year, the last one was pretty good
The burrow and 4 privet drive are awesome sets

Nice video, and nice Lighting McQueen mosaic in the background. Will you do a video about it?
Get someone that looks at you like Holly looks at gringots
Attack on the burrow is S tier goated come on the minifigures are decent plus good variety

For me the new great hall and the hagrids hut should at least be above 5
great video holly!👍
"at number 10" **shows number 9** lmao
Love you channel!
Your* ...we all make mistakes hahah
Bingo 😂
If we're including minifigures, we've gotta mention Professor Trelawney. First minifigure looked nothing like her.
The one remake set I wish I got but didn't is the remake of the Burrow.
7:44 hmmm…🤣🤣🤣
i cant waith for the third edition of the Rise.. :)

Just got gringotts
Awesome! Are you displaying it on top of the underground section or seperate from each other?
I think you’ve officially become Holly Potter lol
We need a new room tour!
Coming in October! I like to do one each year around the same time

I feel like I already know what’s gonna be in 1st place 🗿
Edit: I’m a fake fan 😔😔
What were you thinking would be first? Diagon Alley?
@@TheFirstCurse1 Gringotts
@@pink_ice9454 Oh yeah that makes sense. I was kind of suprised that it wasn't number 1 too.
Amazon Germany has the 2022 Horntail for 35€, should I buy it or wait for a bigger discount?

@@FHT1883 Excellent! Yes, my pleasure! Hope you enjoy! 😀
Nice!
Happy 10
Why are you talking about privet drive in the past tense? At least here in England it is still available.
For us it retired, I thought it went worldwide but I guess not!
@@HollyOnFilm aww I feel bad for you aussies! Ots a shame your sets Retire early AND cost more. Love your videos Holly.
